My order was completed wrong but correct on the receipt. Make it make sense. You guys are so lucky that I had to Uber eats due to not having a vehicle. Make sure to double check the bag to ensure the order is correct with everything in it!!!!!!!!!! I’m supposed to stay hungry . Shame on you guys.

Subject: Formal Customer Service Complaint
Unfortunately, I did not have a positive experience at this location and am submitting this for corporate review.
I waited at the drive-thru window for approximately eight minutes without being greeted or assisted. There were also two additional vehicles behind me waiting with no response. I then drove to the entrance, where a team member greeted me and referred me to a manager named Marcus. He explained that the team was celebrating an accomplishment, which is why no one was available at the window.
While I understand recognizing team achievements, customer service should remain the priority. Marcus offered to take my order but stated that I would need to re-enter the drive-thru line and drive around again to complete payment. When I expressed concern regarding customer service and this process, I was met with a dismissive attitude. He then stated I could speak with another manager; however, no additional manager ever came.
Eventually, my order was taken and payment was processed at the front, but the situation had already been mishandled. Marcus’s explanation and demeanor were unprofessional, and customers should not be left unattended due to internal celebrations. Overall, this experience was disappointing and did not meet reasonable service expectations.

Out of all the McDonald’s I’ve been to, this one is one of the best! Every time I go there, the service is great & the drive thru is quick & the order is all there & correctly made. 10/10 stars! I appreciate the efficiency & accuracy this location, they really pay attention to the details & are always warm & I just appreciate that. It’s hard to find people who care these days! Keep up the amazing work!

I recently placed an order and ordered two large Sprites specifically to collect Monopoly points, but both cups I received were blank (no Monopoly game pieces). In the same order, I also redeemed a large fries using my rewards, and that item did include Monopoly points — so I know this location is participating in the promotion.

Did drive thru and it was fast. Service was fine. However the food was just so perfectly ruined. Fries were the perfect texture but tasted like they dropped it in the dead sea otw to the fryer. Burger bun was so fluffy and perfect with every sesame seed and onion bit spaced out perfectly evenly but it was the driest big Mac I’ve ever had in my life. These used to be juicy. Definitely not greasy by any means. The tea was extremely sweet but still delicious since it took me a minute to get home and the ice melted a bit. But the whole meal was just so thoughtfully ruined and served smoothly with a smile. Just #gremlins.

Clean environment and inside the workers were easy going and got me in and out in a hurry. Fast turnaround time and i got the right order the first time. There is a few kiosk to order from if you prefer that way or you can order on the app or at the counter. I recommend getting the apl to get rewarded for eating at McDonald’s and also get deals on food or even free food. Restrooms in the back and the parking looks ok for this location. Like if this helped in any way

I frequent this McDonald’s a lot due to its proximity to me, so im disappointed to have to write this review. i found a hair in the middle of my chocolate chip cookie. This is not the first time i have found hair in my food from here. You cannot call them to inform them. Please ensure all your employees are wearing hairnets/it’s a clean kitchen, because this is ridiculous. I’m not able to finish my meals sometimes, as this happens quite a lot.
