They didn’t give either of us our receipts and it took 30 minutes to give our order and receive our food. Our food was sitting on the counter for 5 plus minutes and was cold by the time we received it. Nothing fast about this food.

Ordered delivery of 2 Baconator meals and 2 frosty. Only received 1 drink, 1 fry, 1 Baconator, 1 basic cheeseburger, 1 correct frosty and 1 incorrect frosty (had the weird Wednesday sauce on it, I ordered a plain). Honestly happy the rest of the food was wrong/missing as both husband and myself ended up sick. Food was disgusting, cold, and the fries stale. First and last time I get food from there.

We were greeted with great friendliness as we entered and received our food quickly. I think the greeter was Diana and she took our order and was very knowledgeable of the menu. Great experience at Wendy’s!

Please skip this stop! I used to be a fan of Wendy’s. Why did the manager yell at the cashier, B.J to hold the order taking? There are only a few people in the restaurant. She then allowed team members to laugh at and talk about another employee in front of customers. They all should have been focused on doing a more efficient job. This is poor leadership and creates low team morale, Bullying is unacceptable and especially targeting a senior citizen. I hope this is not acceptable to Wendy’s corporate team. BJ was the only one acknowledging customers and smiling even though she was being heckled by a woman with long, red hair and eyelashes past her nose. Perhaps an undercover corporate visit would open some eyes and stimulate change. Chick fil A will always win, because they have great customer service and team spirit.

Slow Slow Slow. Saturday February 24, 2024 at 7: 00 pm. Stood in line for 15 min. Waited another 20 to finally get food to go. There is a very interesting plague on the wall about how the franchise owner came up with the WOW way of serving his customers and it was later adopted by Dave Thomas to be the future of Wendy’s interactions with their customers. It obviously does not apply anymore. You would think that a $61.84 order would be just as much a priority as a $1.00 order, not happening with this crew, it seemed to be more of a hassle. The poor kid on the register was so lost and soft spoken, everything had to be repeated and had to have it read back. Took assistance from 2 other teammates to get it rung up wrong. 3rd assistant confirmed no cheese. Well, 3 burgers ordered, only 1 with cheese, they all had cheese when we sat down to eat. 1 single did not get ate because of that. Fries were luke warm and mushy from sitting so long, ended up tossing 2 orders in the trash because they obviously had been sitting longer than the others. Buns were cold, meat was just barely warm and dry. OMG, the lettuce was disgusting. Nuggets were very dark brown and not hot. In my frustration I forgot to ask for my large drink cup, my bad, but should have been given to me when I tendered my hard earned cash to them. The only positives on the whole experience were the place was across the street, not busy, looked clean and the Frosty’s had not melted, yet. No WOW experience here. Should have had Burger King.

Stopped in to use restroom, and grab a bite to eat. No bathroom toiletries. No tissue. No paper towels. No soap. Thankfully, I always travel with baby wipes or Dude wipes.
Then at counter, there was one employee who was assisting a family of 3 who could not make any decisions on flurry frosty or bacon burger, so the line was at a standstill for 10 minutes. We decided to eat elsewhere.
But just the simple fact that there were no bathroom toiletries did it for me.
I understand that employees get overwhelmed and distracted, but there is usually a “check” or “inspection” for aforementioned items, sometime throughout the day.
I won’t return or recommend. But if you stop in, bring toiletries!,
