Ordered 2 large chilies & chocolate frosty. They were out of chocolate Frosties again and the chili was old, thick and yucky. Left and went to the Wendy’s at 1303 St Augustine Rd, reordered what I wanted – chili was perfect and I got a chocolate frosty. I will never go to this Wendy’s again. I guess management makes a difference!!!

This by far has been one of the dirtiest Wendy’s I’ve ever visited… from the floor, to the bathroom, to the soda machines… it’s like they haven’t even wiped down the area in months… I was so ashamed to eat from this place but as a trucker that’s already late for his delivery load… you have to take the good with the bad… but Geeeshhhhh

Friendly people working the front, everything was done quick. They seemed to really be on top of everything. I’m personally aware of how difficult it is to find good employees for food service jobs. I kind of feel like going back and seeing if I can talk a couple of them into coming to work for me instead .

It’s Wendy’s so you kinda know what to expect. Service was good atmosphere not bad no tvs on infant I found the tvs there odd but whatever….as far as food I asked for that new ranch chicken sandwich with no ranch and a spicy patty. My patty was soggy pretty sure they just opened a sandwich that’s been sitting in the warmer took the chicken out added cheese and other toppings and served it….wouldn’t have even minded that if it wasn’t for it being soggy.

Said they did not serve coffee except for breakfast though online menu has it available all day. Said they where out of oatmeal raisin bars but when I asked manager she said they just had not made any. I had the same problem at the Hahira Georgia Wendy’s. Go to McDonald’s instead they have much better customer service.
