Hey I’m not sure if this is the place to acknowledge someoneso I had an absolutely wonderful experience visiting Wendy’s From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. But I want point out one particular person who was exceptional his name was Dominique he was awesome and had a very positive attitude and welcoming demeanor hats off to him The food was fresh, flavorful, and every bite was amazing. You can truly taste the quality and care put into each dish. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great dining experience! Thank you all

Spent 20 minutes in the drive thru for a mobile order. No one ever came on the speaker. I got the kids’ me for my son. The burger was cold, the fries were warm, and it was a speck of some floating in the drink. Time and money wasted..This location will never see me again!

Don’t waste your time here, this place is a joke and the workers only want to get rid of as soon as possible, so they can get back to doing nothing I guess. I came in the drive thru this saturday around 3:30. I waited for a long time at the speaker with ZERO cars in line, and once they finally talked to me they made ordering difficult, they made paying difficult, and they acted like I was the problem for wanting a hamburger. If you don’t want people to come to your restaurant just say that, don’t waste my time. And to the reader, don’t waste your time on this place. The Mcdonald’s near by is so much better and the employees have basic respect for their customers.

I dined in during the afternoon on a weekend. The only one I’ll go to. Sandwich made perfect. The store manager is old school. She was nice and was coaching the associates to make the food and treat the customers with care. Now, I don’t know what happens when she is not there.

Cold meat, cold fries, cold drink. I’ve seen circus dogs that can do a better job. When you’re crappy meat patty l(if that’s what you can call it) lays in a metal tray hours before you roll up, that’s bad. That’s why they call it drive-thru. They know you won’t turn around during rush hour to drive back and complain. They simply don’t care.
The $20 bill would have tasted better than what they served. At least I would have gotten my calorie count.

This is just a concern. One day this week I came through drive thru and a young lady took my card to make payment. All while having her cellphone in hand. I noticed when my card was out of view so was her cell phone. I have a horrible feeling she may have taken a picture of my card. Im requesting a new card. No way she should be holding a cellphone while in possession of a customers credit card.

Waited for my order for 15 minutes then when I got to the window there was a women screaming and cursing at the cashier which was a young man. She was screaming and cussing so loud I could hear her from my car and I honestly don’t think it’s right to talk to your co workers like that . She deserves to be fired or held accountable for her actions it was roughly 10:12 pm . Fries were semi cold and over cooked . The rest was a okay
