Went through 1/14/26 at around 6:20p. I waited 4 minutes before the people would take my order. And then they tell me that they are out of small hamburger buns, they are out of the original chicken sandwich buns. Which was no problem. However I tell the person what I want and then he repeats it back to me incorrectly, so I felt the need to correct my order. We get to the window I pay and then I get home. I am missing ingredients from my food that I paid for. Every. Single .Time. I go to this location something is always wrong, or missing. They do not have an active GM right now which is probably part of the problem. So I call the store and I’m told that I am not receiving any kind of credit. I told them that I wanted a credit for three of my double whoppers with cheese. At first he said no and I said I need at least a credit then for at least one burger. He told me I could come up and get the pieces of cheese that I’m missing. That’s ridiculous. I shouldn’t have to go back because they forgot what I paid for. The person who answered then felt the need to hang up on me. This is rude, and unprofessional. I don’t care if you’re working at Burger King or a professional 9:00 to 5:00 corporate job. I would never treat my customers this way, so when I know they’re treating other customers the same way. The reviews say so. So I will be calling the board of health, the better Business bureau, I’m also going to be putting this on TikTok, Twitter, and Facebook.
Just with him taking the time during a busy period to acknowledge my concerns showed me he cared and that better things can come from that location. I love Burger King flame broiled tastes and keep hiring people like that! Thank you mister David
Went back home hungry and disappointed. That was the last of my money and now have to wait 5-10 business days for the refund to process so couldn’t even get food from somewhere else.
There was staff there, and this location is never busy, so really don’t understand why they were closed, why the app wasn’t updated to the closure so I couldn’t place an order.
If I’m honest, the way they spoke on the box and from the smell of weed coming from the store… I can guess why they were closed. To high to function would be my guess.
This location is the closest to my house. From now on if I choose BK ill drive the extra 2 miles to the other location.
I do not eat fast food a whole lot, but every once in a while, I do enjoy a flame broiled hamburger from Burger King. This location is friendly, accurate, and prompt. I recommend it.
EDIT: I had a very bad experience here. The restaurant has gone down hill. They messed up an order, as I arrived home I found out. The rude manager, possibly biased against Caucasians OR poorly trained MGR (she should not be in CSR position) when I took my receipt back rejected my request for a new triple burger sandwich, which are expensive. She said I should have called first. I told her I called multiple times that same day and no one picked up! Then I told her before coming today, I called, and it went right into voicemail. I even called in the drive-thru line talking to her to prove my statement. She said talk to corporate! So I have written a letter to them, but they haven’t responded either. I am staying away from this location completely. The manager had three workers behind her watching us talk. You’d think one of the four people could fix one (burger) order. Who’s in charge here?
