I would give them 0 stars if I could. Horrible service. Very slow. Person in drive through told us he had been sick and hadn’t eaten in 3 days. He had what appeared to be a hospital band on his wrist still from being sick. Took 45 minutes to get through the drive though. We thought this was due to the time we came but nope. They said they were just taking it slow

Refused to return my money when they didnt have the items I ordered. I’m not obligated to take a substitution that I dont want to eat or drink, if you dont have the item then I dont have to pay for it. They said cancel in the app, but i literally showed them the error message in the app (fix your app if you want to force people to deal through it). I said just give me a coupon for the item at a later date, they said no.
So instead I just said nevermind and reversed the CC transaction through my Bank, and I will not be ordering at Wedny’s ever again.
It shouldn’t be a fight just get a buisness to honor a transaction (either provide the item or return the money, simple).

The manger at night is very rude and need to reevaluate their job no one told u to work for a fast food restaurant if u don’t have a passion for what u do then DONT DO IT! he is short and dismissive and rude to his employees and customers next time I will be calling corporate on u. My Uber Eats driver was told to get out of the line u had them in the drive Thur line for 45 mins when I called up there he told me they never came but my Uber Eats driver was communicating with me the whole time I was ordering food for my kids how dare u be so insensitive as a matter a fact I am calling corporate first thing in the morning

I recently stopped at Wendy’s to dine in with my kids after a long day of driving through the country. We were exhausted and starving, so I placed my order at the kiosk. My order was approved, and I was charged over $40 for food for myself and my children. Unfortunately, the kiosk system glitched, and my order was never processed properly even though payment was taken.
When I went to the counter for help, the manager, Arkeela, told me there was nothing she could do. Not only was she dismissive and unhelpful, but her tone and behavior came across as completely unprofessional and racially biased. She claimed she could not access kiosk orders or provide a refund, which is untrue. Instead, I was forced to reorder and pay for the food a second time just so my children under the age of 10 could eat.
As a military veteran, I was shocked and disappointed by the lack of care, respect, and customer service. I even had to contact my bank to dispute the charge, which led to my card being canceled while I was still on the road. I have photo evidence of the kiosk glitch, the approved order, and the second receipt showing I had to pay twice.
This experience was unacceptable, and I hope Wendy’s addresses both the technical issue with the kiosk and the behavior of the manager, Arkeela. No family should ever be treated this way, especially when they are already in a vulnerable situation

Ordered 2 burgers. 20$ asked for no mayo because I am allergic. My burgers are swimming in mayo I swear you couldn’t put more on if you tried. I had to go back inside and ask for a fist full of napkins to clean this trash

Do not go to this Wendy’s! My husband and I went there to grab lunch and got sick from it. Just a regular cheeseburger and chicken sandwich and both of us had upset stomachs after eating. Knowing the quality of their workers their kitchen must be disgusting. The drive thru workers were quite rude and didn’t even make eye contact with us or say anything when handing us our food, just rudely shut the window on us without saying something like, “have a good day”. Will not be returning to eat here and I suggest everyone else do the same to avoid getting sick.

Order through DOORDASH didnt get all my food went back myself to get food was told I had to reorder order a bake potato no sour cream or butter potato was old I Order at 11am potato should have been fresh. I usually come here at night time around 9pm I decided to go around 2 in the afternoon , I order a spicy asiago sandwich and I waited until I got home to check my food and a long dark Peice of stringy hair was on my sandwich . I came back later that night and ordered more food when I got to the window the heavy set lady with dreads was in the window before I could pay for my food I was trying to tell her about the sandwich earlier because I brought it back with me she caught a attitude and said she had to get a manager then proceeded to say she ain’t have a break yet it’s nothing she can do and she dont have the time . I waited there for about 2 minutes and the darksin lady with glasses came and explained what happened and was able to make me other sandwich I usually see her whenever I go there at night usually she’ll get it right but the people that’s in that window attitude is terrible

It shouldn’t take 30 minutes to get door dash orders and the food was cold the person at the window was rude and taking one order all the way thru before taking another one food should be hot but no cold food even colder employees
