I recently visited this McDonald’s and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, there is ample parking available, which made access very convenient. The food was fresh and tasted great—exactly what you’d expect from a good McDonald’s meal. The staff were courteous, polite, and genuinely helpful, which added a pleasant touch to the visit.
However, cleanliness was a major issue. The dining area was noticeably dirty, and the restrooms were in very poor condition and in need of immediate attention. Cleanliness clearly needs to be a higher priority at this location.
Overall, while the food and service were excellent, the unclean environment detracted from the experience. A cleaner and more maintained space would make a big difference.

Come on McDonalds in Colby KS. You are right off of I-70. People are trying to get a quick bite and get back on the road. 30 minutes in a drive thru is absurd. This is our second time trying to get food here, and ended up leaving. Be better McDonalds.

Stopped by this McDonald’s and the food was hot and fresh, which is exactly what you want. There was a long line, but it moved at a reasonable pace and we didn’t mind waiting. Overall, a solid visit with good-quality fast food.

While going through the drive-thru they had us pull forward so that they could cook a quarter. Pounder Patty fresh. When we were served our sandwich it was the oldest and coldest Patty we had ever received and we had to wait almost 10 minutes for it.

Staff was rude and didn’t care that we waited almost 30 minutes for our food (mind you was a chicken sandwich) and then after waiting all that time they didn’t even give us all our food. After waiting and going in asking where our food was she said they are making it. Then I was ignored by the staff when asked how much longer it would be she just walked away.

As soon as I entered the establishment I basically became a new human. Ronald Mcdonald, himself, came to me and welcomed me with a firm handshake and a tender kiss to the forehead. He led me to my table, where I sat and began exploring the menu. The waiter came over with a pep in his step and asked for my
order, I ordered my food and he thanked me. He skipped off to the kitchen and lickity split he began carrying out my 7 course meal. Unluckily he slipped on some spilled water! Thankfully Ronald came to the rescue and caught the waiter bridal style and all the food from
the air, the whole restaurant erupted into applause. My food was delicious. 10/10 would recommend to my local dentist, (Paul).

The dining room was closed, so I had to pick up my order in the drive-thru. The parking lot and drive-thru lane are in good repair. The person working the intercom was pleasant, if rushed. When I went to the window, my order was ready, my custom sandwich was perfect, and my coffee was no worse than it usually is.
Overall, it was a good experience. I recommend this restaurant as a good quick stop for food on the go.

Ridiculous honestly. Cold fries that weren’t cooked thoroughly. Fish sandwiches were not put together fish literally hanging off in the box and a half of a piece of cheese . Old quarter pounder patties dried out and to top it all off picked 3 hairs off of my sandwich. Oh and still got onion after I said NO ONION!! And of course we opted for no receipt. Ridiculous if it wasn’t for us being on the road so long I would of went back gotten every damn penny back.

They forgot my hash brown on my takeout order. They were very slow and the level of laziness it takes to forget one item is impressive. Maybe they stop the chitchat and pay attention.
