The employees are nice and polite. The service was quick. They seem to always be missing a frosty flavor or something. This time I ordered a cinnamon pull-a-part and got home and it’s stale. Not sure when it was cooked. It is something I won’t be ordering again.

Wendy’s worker pushed a mobile drive thru order to pickup inside as they were too lazy to fill the drinks and serve through the drive through. The order was definitely set for drive thru and after waiting through the backed up line to get to the speaker they informed me it was changed to inside pickup and they wouldn’t be serving me through the drive thru

If you go in the lobby you will be ignored. They literallyonly serve the drive thru. The lady inside waiting for her food said she had been waiting a half an hour for “Fast Food”. That’s Nuts!!!!!!! Come outside and the drive thru moving steady. Sickening. This whole store needs to be fired and rehired. Worst customer service in all of effingham! After covid they never got it back right which is a shame cuz there are few fast food places in Springfield to begin with.

Last time eating at this particular Wendy’s. I could handle the cold food and the somewhat rude employees. But hair in my food is where I draw the line. Received my food and almost done with my burger when I pull out a long strand of brown hair. For reference, I have dark curly hair. This Wendy’s always has something wrong with it, missing food, condiments, wrong items, and it’s ALWAYS cold. I understand that it may be majority teenagers working here, but that’s no excuses for poor service and quality. I didn’t force them to get the job so I shouldn’t have to deal with their issues because they’re unhappy. You may not be able to see the hair clearly in the photo I took, but my point still stands.

I just went through the drive-through and am unable to return. I called (2:43 PM) and got an automated response.
I asked, numerous times for extra pickles ONLY. I received what looks to be extra mayonnaise and tomato with the pickles. The mayonnaise has encased the pickles and soaked into the chicken breading.

Adding on to post, I am very shocked we had this trouble with our meals because not very many times have had anything wrong with our orders since they opened. I am very disappointed. They even had a 100 + posted as their sanitation score. This ruined my appetite. Almost $40 not worth eating, The fries were even soggy. Might be a long time till I go there again.

Night shift has bad customer service. Their registers are down. No one bothered to tell me as they ran my card. I asked for a receipt then I was told the registers are down. Well how did you run my card and how much did you charge me? They didn’t even know what I ordered. Day is has great service. Night shift is awful!!! Don’t go at night!!

I had been going here since it opened and originally, everything was great! A few things wrong, but nothing serious. However, they completely missed a baconator I ordered and one of my burgers had PINK. MEAT. I was very sick! Please be careful!!!
