Ordered a Dave’s combo: the burger was basically the kids meal version with obviously old onions and a rotten tomato. The fries were cold and soggy, I have NEVER received hot and crispy fries from this location. The hours, the staff and their bad attitudes, the service, and the quality of the food is the worst of any Wendy’s around. I guess people will continue to go to this location because there aren’t many choices in the area but it’s a shame that people will continue to spend their money on this failure of a restaurant. The owner should be ashamed and should focus on hiring competent workers who take a little pride in their job even if it’s just a fast food job. If you’re going to do it, do it right.

Order online baconator double, and what I got was two warm single patties that were smaller than the single patty, too much ketchup and mayo, cold bacon snug between 2 cold buns.This place id’s no better than most place customer service is terrible at night. I dined in yesterday afternoon (July 12) with my young neice and nephew. The front counter staff went above and beyond being very sweet to them, she let them order themselves and made sure they got what they wanted. It wasn’t busy in there it was in between the dinner rush. She made our visit there feel extra special. The food was fresh and great!

The blonde girl at the window was very rude. She completely ignored us when we asked for a drink carrier and then snapped back with an attitude when I repeated the question. The fries were cold. And we didn’t get any of the sauces we ordered. One I could understand but we had 4 biggie bags and none of them had sauces in them. Sweet tea had no flavor or sweetness. It was basically brown water. A 3 star review average is too good for this location when it doesn’t even deserve 1. You’d have to pay me to come back to this Wendy’s. Just terrible.

Went there at 840pm again and was told their frosty machine was already down for the night. When we asked what the managers name was on duty the person made her manager get on the speaker to say “my name is Adrian” they would rather break down their ice cream machine early then take customers orders. This has happened multiple times at this location. If there is an issue with the machine an appropriate response to your customer would be “I’m sorry. Our frosty machine is not working. We should have it up and running hopefully tomorrow” something that doesn’t just make the customer think it’s because they already broke down the machine and cleaned it for the night. Then when we drive away since they didn’t have what we drove their for with our kids the manager glared at us through the window. It was clear she was very angry we asked her name. I’ll never go back. I Also.will.spread the word in this small community.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Typically, I give so much grace and understanding to restaurants when they make mistakes…fast food, short order, sit down…all of them. Today I go to Wendy’s in Springfield to order for my family and it took forever, but that’s not my complaint. I ordered all of my meals and when I get to the first window to pay, the girl opens the window and just rattles off my total and takes my card. The only reason she told me “you too” was because I told her thank you and to have a great night. When I finally made it to the food pick up window the window was opened and not a word said. The girl handed me 3 food bags and 3 drinks and then shut the window. When she saw I wasn’t leaving she opened the window again and instead of saying, “Is there something else I can help you with?” Or “Did you need something else?” She just stared at me until I spoke. I told her I ordered 4 meals. She pulls the receipt off and looks at it and then back at me. Again, she doesn’t say a word. I asked, “I only paid for 3, didn’t I?” She shook her head yes and I said, “Well I need 4”. AGAIN, says NOTHING!! I asked, “Am I going to have to pull BACK through the drive thru??” She made a face and said yes. I grabbed my receipt and left the window and instead of going through the drive thru (because it was long) I went inside. It took just as long and the girl exchanged glances with me a couple of times. She ended up leaving work at the same time I got my food. I’m not sure if she was in a hurry to clock out or what. I was more than happy to pay for the 4th meal, but to make someone go all the way back to start all over for a mistake that was made during the order is frustrating. At the very least, they could’ve just allowed me to pull up as if my food wasn’t finished yet, and allow me to wait for the rest. ALL of our food was cold, fries had ZERO salt, and drinks were just carbonation with no flavor. I’ve given them multiple chances and it just keeps getting worse. I won’t be giving more.
