Really odd visit on Thursday of last week. It was 4:30pm and I opted to go thru the drive thru. Placed my order and waited 5 minutes to get to the drive thru window. Greeted and paid for my food. Then told that my hamburger was cooked but to pull up and it will be out in a moment. I told her I would wait. She then asked me to pull forward. Something was not right??? Waited 4 minutes and decided to go in the restaurant. There was another customer that greeted me and stated he had been waiting for 20 min. I saw the door going back was open and seeing 3 other cars had been asked to pull ahead, I stuck my head in the door and asked for the manager. A woman by the name of Evonne then asked what I needed? “I would like a refund” and she SNAPPED! She said, “stop! You did not say please”! I said excuse me? She stated that I must say please! I was beyond surprised she was using reverse discrimination against me! I then smiled and stated to her magesty that I will not beg for the queen to refund my meal that she did not supply. I asked for the corporate phone number. She then told one of the 5 girls standing around her to call the cops! You got to be kidding me??? I never threatened anyone. Never raised my voice. I called Wendy’s corporate and left a review with their customer service hotline number. Never heard from the franchise owner. I guess after 100+ visits to this restaurant it will be my last. They stole my money, threatened me with calling the law, and reverse discrimination. Wish the morals of Dave Thomas was evident at this location.

Food was on point. Dinning area was clean.. be prepared for a wait at the drive thru…only issue…it was a 100 out side and when you walk in it’s hot don’t expect a getaway from the heat here.. suppose they are trying to save money on the cooling of the building…it was not a rest Haven from the heat best believe that

The only reason this has one star was so I could leave a review. Ordered thru drive in, had to repeat order three times. Handed lady a 20 got coins back for change for a $9 purchase. I asked where’s my ten dollars in change and she argued with me and my husband. He went in to see the manager the drive in person continued to argue and said tons of crazy stuff like I was saying I gave 40 dollars. I got my ten dollar for change but never no never

Arrived at 4 PM 4/2, drive-through was three deep, looked like four employee cars in the lot, dining room did not say closed. Another patron and I walked into the dining room, waited at the counter to no avail. Hailed the Wendy’s staff and asked if the dining room was open. She said “it wasn’t go figure it out”. Apparently her shift was ending and she was passing the buck. 10 minutes later, another half dozen customers came in and returned away at the dining room. Ask the staff about the green sweatshirts?

Came inside was told to leave dinning room closed, when there was two families inside the dinning room. No sign on the door stating the dinning room was closed. The first employee was rude in advising me to leave and another yelled from the back “we closed in here get out”

I visited this location this morning at 7:01. I had to wait over 25 minutes to get my food and when I did receive it, it was cold and I didn’t get my coffee. The drive thru had only 3 cars in it, all of them were pulled off to the side waiting for their food. What did I wait 25min for if my food was cold and I didn’t get a coffee? What is going on inside the restaurant?

All tables were dirty. Condiment dispensers were empty. Floors had food trash in a lot of places. The entire time we were in the dining room, not one employee came out to do anything to fix any of the problems.

As DoorDash driver in the CSRA, this is the second slowest Wendy’s ever! Hard to get the attention of staff inside. When dinning room is closed, the drive through is even slower, I no longer except DoorDash delivery orders after dining room closes.
