It took 50 minutes for our order to be taken, by which time there were 27 people behind us in the queue and nobody sitting at the tables! That says it all. We realised coming here was a mistake as it gave us time to read the reviews. Some of the staff were straight out of Plague of the Zombies, a couple tried their best. But the responsibility lies with the franchise owner. Wendy’s need to relieve him of his responsibilities as soon as possible.

I have to give one star because at about 10:42am, the food was ridiculously cold! Which is wild since most place just start serving lunch at 10:30. Ordered two 4for 4’s. The first red flag was when arriving to the window, the young lady showed a half full cup saying that’s all the fruit punch they had left. Okay. Asked for other options chose strawberry. Fine. Received the order. Fries were cold, old and stale. Nuggets were not at all hot nor warm. And the burgers were pathetic. A slapped on cold cheese slice, cold patty, cold bread. Just pitiful. I would’ve turned around and sent it back but my child was happy with the nuggets so I didn’t want to create and issue. But did NOT eat anything else. I won’t be returning. I’ve only ever come here to redeem my child’s free frosty certificates when received anyway. L restaurant.

90% of the time there is an issue with the order. During my visit today the manager was screaming at the employees for lining up the sandwiches wrong. It is definitely not a happy place! II is no wonder there are only a few customers dining in at lunch time!

Honestly, this location could use an overhaul in the restaurant itself and the employees. The employees running the drive thru have absolutely no customer service skills and lack a general friendly demeanor. As soon as you pull up to the speaker you are greeted with a “Wendy’s, what do you want”. They can’t wait to push you out of the drive thru without so much as a thank you or here’s your order. The restaurant itself is dated and not well kept.
