Food was put together properly. Lady at the counter was very sweet. Food was warm fries were fresh. Definitely a better location than the one off of Buford on highway 20. Hard to find fast food that actually does it right.

Came to the drive thru 12/18/22 approx 8:05 pm. After sitting for about 5 minutes someone came out and said they were closed for a Christmas party. Closed for a party during regular business hours. Absolutely unheard of. Should be done after closing. Will be calling Wendy’s Customer Care.

The customer service was horrible, the cashier had no idea what he was doing. My fiance and my coworkers and I went in to grab takeout for dinner, and we waited 20 minutes atleast for our food, not to mention my co-worker ordered before I did and I got my food first. We ordered the same thing and then when he asked how much longer his food would take, they forgot about his order and the cashier told him “oh I thought we already put that order on the counter.” We were the only customers in there, therefore it was impossible for someone else to grab his food. I did not get what I ordered and neither did my coworker. They seemed more interested in what was going on with each other than they were in serving us. It was 4 of us and not one of our meals was actually good. Upon arrival, we observed the trash cans in the lobby all were full with trash overflowing on to the counter out of them. I ordered a sweet tea and it was so sour I couldn’t even drink it. We should have checked our bags before we left the restaurant but we have been there before and never have had that problem. This experience just gave us a really bad taste in our mouths about this location.

The food was good, as normal for Wendy’s. The Frosty machine was evidently only able to be strawberry/vanilla, from what we were told. The credit card machine couldn’t handle more than $20 at a time. The staff were arguing, loudly, in the kitchen. There seemed to have been very little cleaning that was done. The soda machine had leaked on the floor. Fries and food debris on the floor.

Upon entering Wendy’s parking lot I could see they were stumped on the outside, so my daughter and I went inside. Their was a lot of people standing around waiting patiently to receive their food. The cashier Tammy was doing a great job with the crowd at the front end when all of a sudden. The manager (a very obese may native americans white lady) who wasn’t keeping up with making the orders start slamming the customer food down and aggressively yelling at Tammy that she was NOT being helpful and that she need to just get out of the store. I could tell the employees were already tense from this manager attitude which was very clear on her outward appearance. I could feel Tammy’s humiliation and so could the rest of the customers. When Tammy left to go to the back no one was taking care of the customers on the front end for about 10 to 15 minutes. I literally yell to the back for Tammy to come back because we (the customers) needed her to take the orders that no one else would step up to take. And can I blame them after Tammy had just been bullied in front of a whole crowd for simply doing a good job and making up in customer service for what the packers could not. The issue with the manager stemmed from her own insecurities and inconsistencies in the horrible job she was doing. Instead of taking accountability she took it out on Tammy. I and everyone was disgusted as we should have been.

If I could give negative stars I would. I went to Wendy’s at 11 pm on Sunday evening I pull up to be told to gold for over 5 minutes then I placed my order when I got to the window there were two people standing at the drive thru ordering food like what so then when we go to pay the guy working said he couldn’t ring up over 25 dollars so he had to put my order on two checks which is double taxes right so the guy tells us to pull to door he was dropping fresh fries 20 minutes later he comes out with bags of cold and I mean cold food and it was all wrong keep in mind I ordered for a family of 7 so I was very disappointed but hey we were hungry… fast forward 4 hours now we are all terribly sick 7 people throwing up and having diareah. This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. I will never eat Wendy’s again my family is still sick took a few of kids to er they said food poison I tried to call with no luck never again Wendy’s

Just did a quick stop due to traveling. The food was fresh and the fries were cook perfectly and didn’t have a lot of salt (which was great). The nuggets were not over cooked. The staff was so nice and smiling. Thank you if we come back in the same direction we will definitely stop again.

The speed and service at this location is always above expectations, but the chicken nuggets are always bone dry and room temp. In other words, unservable. They need to make less food more often and shorten their hold time.

I hope this allows me to submit zero Starz. If I have to select 1 please know I had no choice and my actual rating in 0!! Went through drive through omw home from work. Exhausted and famished!! Got my food that took FOREVER I was the ONLY customer and it was all ice cold and disgusting. Being that they were closing shortly after I pulled through they weren’t wanting to answer when I tried calling and too ready to get home and relax I was no more wanting to turn around then they were wanting to answer my call. So hey here I sit hungry and exhausted and extremely oh and hungry, very hangry!!!

This is the third or fourth time I tried to come through the drive thru before closing, and have never been able to order anything. This time, no one was visible in the kitchen, and no one was available to receive a simple order of fries. I was here 20 minutes before their listed closing time. If they are unable or unwilling to work the posted hours, they need to put signs up at their drive thru windows. I’ve tried giving them multiple chances but I won’t be returning.
