It’s a Wednesday at 8:01 but the lobby door was locked. Went to drive thru and wanted to use my app. Drive thru teammate said “we can’t use that in the drive thru because my scanner doesn’t work” I asked if she could try it to see. She said ok and then it worked. Seriously?

Well it’s Wendy’s. Drive throught although dining in is available. We go at night usually and on the weekends mostly. They’re open late. We normally get the $5 or $6 combos. But I occasionally indulge in the spicy chicken sandwiches. My kid asks for Wendy’s routinely and this is why we go. The fries could be better, but the we would make our own. This store/restaurant is nearby and the window works well and efficiently. Last night we got the $6 with a bacon and cheese burger. And it comes with fries and nuggets and tea. Mmm doggies. That’s some good cooking. They were busy last night. The line was around the building but I got in and out in a few minutes. No problem. The tea is good. The nuggets are okay. The burger and bacon were super. Good lettuce and tomato and onion. Okay bun and normal burger and bacon. Great stuff. Highly recommended. Thanks. Enjoy.

Arrived at the drive thru and was greeted with rude lady who asked me in an aggressive manner what I wanted. I explained that I made an order through the app and would like to use one of Wendy’s national hamburger day offers. She stared at me like I was stupid. Then she impatiently cut me off in a raised voice and denied the offer on my app. Totally ruined my day. When I wanted to go inside and talk to the manager to ask about the offer, she yelled and me and asked “WHO YOU GONNA TALK” and promptly revealed herself as the manager. I almost laughed at absurdity of the whole situation. Can’t believe a person like this can be a manager. Guess there really are no standards anymore. STRONGLY ADVISE ANYONE NOT TO GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE IN A VERY BAD MOOD.

Finally found a great Wendy’s! The staff was kind and courteous and especially sweet to my kids. We got our food quickly, and it was hot and fresh- especially the fries. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained inside. Will be going back!

I ordered at the drive through, when I pulled up the old lady took my card without saying a word, afterwards gave me my order & drink, then my card back. Then I asked for ketchup, she gave me only 2 packets. Got home to discover that my single with cheese was burnt and dry, the bun was hard and nasty, the fries were cold. This place is bad for business stay away

I’ve been coming here a few times to pick up breakfast in the morning and it seems to be 50/50. Food is usually good but not completely consistent. I also really dislike when I order on the app, pull up, and then they ask me to pull forward to the wait at the door when there is nobody else in line and my order is not particularly complicated. Waiting at the door sucks. It doesn’t allow checking the order or asking for sauces after the fact. It should never be a thing at a fast food restaurant.
