Nastiest fast food places I’ve ever been to!
Stood 20 minutes waiting, while w workers sat on their phones. Someone on burger duty finally grabbed the Manager. They served us pure grease in a bag. The soda fountains were horrible dirty, I took pictures. The second french fries came out disgusting, because the oil was so filthy!
I felt like I was being served food from a toilet.
Threw my food/ ice in the trash.

The cashier was absolutely rude. When we approached the counter there was not a hey, how you doing, not even is this here or to go. We felt like we were just an inconvenience to him. I don’t know if this particular store is a corporate store or a franchise but either way, I would be highly disappointed in how my customers were treated.

English muffins so old and dry they cracked in half I told her she said that’s just how they are. They also missed multiple items in our order. I hope for the Good of humanity this place goes out of business. I’m pretty sure all the workers were out on work release.

This was by far the worst Wendy’s experience I have had. The staff’s attitude was extremely unwelcoming, as if customers were an inconvenience. The food did not taste fresh at all and was poorly prepared. Basic items like tea and ketchup were not provided.

Today (2/8/2026) at 7 pm, I pulled into the drive through and made a frosty and coke order, all of the 3 employees that I interacted with were extremely rude, I was the only one who was using words like “please” and “thank you”.

Staying in the area this location was a choice for a quick bite. The lady in the drive-thru was VERY impatient, spoke for me and before me. She cut me off before I could even speak! To add insult to injury I placed a call to the store to make the manager aware and he would not give his name and told me it was nothing he could do because he just got there. Although I literally had just pulled away from the drive-thru. I was only provided his name if it was real at the end of my call, he said he was Raymond. The entire staff Totally unprofessional, unpleasant, rude, and impatient. I ordered but drove away soon after I placed the order because of their rudeness. Don’t waste your time here. Maybe they should shut it down and let those horrible people find something worth their time.

After paying, got told they can’t make cold brew and upon receiving our burgers, found out they have no lettuce.

Food was good and service was good. Area clean but freezing. Its like they turn the temp. All the way down so no one would stay to eat in the lobby. It worked cause no one stayed to eat in the lobby.

34 $ . For a 25 minute wait 16 mins before our order was was taken completely being ignored and observing the young lady who was supposed to take our order rubbing grease from her head off the side of her hair and her glasses while handling food disgusting. I experienced the drive thru and the service was terrible. The employees were not helpful and treated me like it was a hindrance to make my order. I was polite and patient, but they did not seem to appreciate that. I love Wendy’s food, but it isn’t my first choice.
Update: I recently went back due to convenience, and it was a better experience, but that isn’t saying much. I stick to my first review so far.
