I’m always highly satisfied with my experience at Blaze Pizza. The food is consistently fresh, fast, and made exactly the way I like it, which makes it an easy go to every time. I haven’t had Blaze in a long time, and just happened to be over this way for some shopping. We decided to stop in to grab dinner to take home. Jenny helped us build our pizzas. She was super friendly, offered suggestions, and checked to ensure she was building our pizzas to our satisfaction. We also ordered cheese sticks and meatballs. Very refreshing service, especially in the fast food industry. We will definitely be back to see her again!

We’ve eaten at Blaze Pizza before, but after this experience, we won’t be coming back. My seven year old brother has to eat gluten-free, and we clearly ordered a gluten-free pizza. Somehow, someone switched the pizzas, and he was given a regular crust instead. He ate a couple of slices before they called his name and I realized they had gotten switched.
Mistakes happen, but the real issue was the manager’s attitude. The employee who was taking care of the pizza was so sweet, he felt awful. The manager on the other hand acted annoyed that we brought this complaint up and responded by saying that we had our pizza now so it’s ok. When you’re dealing with food allergies or sensitivities, that’s not acceptable.

Came here for Pi Day. They were offering personal pizzas for $3.14 so there was a long line of enthusiastic patrons. They require you to have the app on your phone to qualify for the special. This is smart because I’m constantly getting notifications for pizza deals and therefore always craving their pizza. I can see through you Blaze Pizza! Although the line went out the door the wait wasn’t too incredibly painful. They obviously planned for the madness and staffed accordingly. They had multiple people at every station, and like a well-oiled machine they grinded out hundreds of pies that day. I did not hear a single person complain. A lot of people took their pizzas to-go because there wasn’t enough seating but all I could hear as I dined-in was the chatter of happy people and exclamations of satisfaction! This is my 3rd time having Blaze pizza since moving to DSM, all from this location. They have been spectacular every single time! The crust is always perfect, flavor is on-point, and staff is A+!

This pizza is the definition of mid. We got a pretty standard pizza with red sauce, mushrooms, and roasted garlic (which was whole cloves???) With pesto drizzle, and it genuinely tasted like nothing. The sauce is SO BLAND and doesn’t add anything. I didn’t taste any pesto but it did make the pizza unbelievably wet and sloppy. For being a pretty expensive pizza I atleast expected some amount of flavor but honestly dominos is better. The outer crust is good I’ll give them that, but unfortunately im not paying 20 dollars for some crust.

Snow storm closed them down before our scheduled delivery and the manager delivered in person our pizzas. I wanted to pay cash tip for her services but had lost my few bills. She was nice about it and hopefully I can deliver the cash to Blaze at a later time

Excellent pizza joint with a modern decor. Parking is in a gated lot. (Don’t forget to validate your ticket at the register- 2hrs free)
The service is good, and menu is self explanatory. The pizza topping choices are ample. They have a multitude of drink choices as well from soda to juice drinks. There is also a gated outside dining area for when the weather is nice.

This is the first time I’ve tried their pizza. I ordered online and got the online special which was a great deal. Delivery was top notch. The pizza is good, but not a lot of cheese in some places on the pizza. With the online special though I can’t complain too much. I’m not sure I’d order again unless I requested extra cheese or toppings. I can’t speak to the atmosphere of the restaurant as it was delivery.
