I went into the store to ask for a copy of a receipt because the delivery driver did not bring the receipt and the store did not email a copy of the receipt.

When I asked if I could get a copy of a receipt for a purchase I previously made, the employee went to ask the manager on duty and the manager did not come over and speak with me directly, instead they sent the employee and I was told, “we do not provide any refunds or replacements on food without the original receipt”

I immediately let them know again that I was not looking for a refund or replacement of any food, only looking to see if I could get a copy of the receipt and I was told no.

No effort was made to see if it can be retrieved and for them to immediately inform about a no refund policy without a receipt is outrageous.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I should have left a review before but after coming here over 5 times and them never having any food available I’ve had enough. How does the same thing keep happening this many times is beyond annoying. Do better and figure it out. Overpriced food and not having it when customers come is a terrible look.

Usually I get good service and good food from this location but whoever the girl is at the front desk doing the pick up orders is very rude. I work just around the corner so I eat here a lot. Yesterday when I came she was rude then and took her forever to address me and hand me my food. I spoke and she ignored me. Yesterday my food was good but the chips were stale. Today she had the same stinky attitude and was rude and my bowl was cold. the rice was hard and clumped together the chicken was dry and cold and the vegetables tasted old I am going to bring it back. I also ordered some of the red chimichurri sauce which was spilled over in the bottom of my bag.

This location is definitely understaffed. I waited about 30 minutes. The food quality was okay today, but I noticed the to-go orders girl working like a champ! She really deserves a raise. I even considered placing my order online. She was the only one handling to-go orders, while four people were trying to complete a single order in the main line.

Kristen was very rude and did not give me dressing for my salad. I came back to get it and she gave me a teeny tiny portion then walked off. I asked the lady who was making the doordash orders could she get me a correct portion and she did. Something needs to be done about Kristen. I will ne calling corporate as well because she gave me that small portion on intentionally then walked to the back.

The cashier charged me for getting sour cream, salsa and a vinegarette on the side. Might I add I didn’t get it on the bowl because I wanted to go home and reheated because Chipotle food is NEVER HOT no matter where you go. When I asked why did she charge me, before she could answer I asked the girl that made my bowl did I get these things on the bowl. The rude cashier told me she works right there and I handle this right here. I said I was verifying what was on the bowl because she charged me for something I didn’t get. Her and I started arguing, she loud with me then I began to get loud with her. She got even louder and do did I. Three ladies came out, I could only assume were in management. One with the ring in her nose just told me to leave. She didn’t ask what happened even though her employee was at this point on the side of the counter near me. I do hope you can look at the tape to see your employee was to out of pocket. Especially telling an adult to calm down as if I’m a child. Since the manager didn’t care to find out what happened the recording will show you where the problem begun.

We eat here about once a week for lunch and it’s hit or miss. Last time it was good. This time it was awful. The barbacoa beef was drenched in grease. So bad that when you take a bite the grease dripped out of it.

All I want from Chipotle is to get my money’s worth, and have a semi healthy option when I’m traveling for work. I’ve done a few app orders here and this location hasn’t disappointed me yet. The burritos are always filled. The last burrito I received was too large for the aluminum foil wrap to completely cover it. The picture attached was double chicken and light rice.

The quesadillas are filled with chicken. Maybe a little light on the cheese some days, but nothing like the unfilled toasted tortillas at most other locations.

As of Jan 2025 this is a location I will continue to revisit when I’m in the area. Everyone has been friendly here, which is refreshing.

Been to a couple chipotle’s around the area and their floors and tables are always dirty, this one is not the exception.
Staff had some down time when I was there and can easily swapped the floor at lest.

Even though the food was good it fells that you are eating at a pig pen.

They are ALWAYS out of something ! We’re talking about 4-5 hours before even closing it’s be more understandable if it was the last hour before closing but to be completely out of something far before closing time and not interested in making more is crazy. Time to start cooking my own Chipotle I guess.
