There is a very kind woman who works here who gave us free food because it was close to closing and they didn’t have everything we had originally asked for. She was very accommodating though and really brightened our day. It was definitely the best experience I’ve had at a Wendy’s before.

The Crispy Chicken was fresh (the lettuce too) fresh fries, the nuggets looked a little small but good. The Blueberry pomegranate lemonade is ALWAYS a winner for me!

I arrived at the drive-thru around 1 p.m., and there was no line. The service was quick and easy, and it was very good. The fries and nuggets were soggy, but the sandwich was wonderful. If you pay more attention to these two points, it would be perfect.

Eveything is bad from the workers taking the orders and preparation to the food. This will need to be resolve. These are only to the 530ish shift. We did a drive thru and our order was not shown to us and therefore our order was wrong.

Avoid eating at this location at all costs. This morning, I stopped by to grab a biscuit before church and was met with terrible service as soon as I arrived at the drive-through. The staff asked me to pull forward and wait for ten minutes while they “cooked” my chicken, which was already a bad sign.
After receiving my order and taking the first bite, I was shocked to discover that the chicken was completely raw. I immediately turned around to ask for a refund and to complain, but the staff refused to open the door and I had to walk to the drive-through window to speak to them. To make matters worse, they didn’t take my complaint seriously and only refunded a portion of my purchase.
Overall, this place is absolutely disgusting and I would never eat here again. The poor service, uncooked food, and unprofessional behavior of the staff are unacceptable. I highly recommend staying away from this location.

Waited about 20mins in drive thru, ended up placing a mobile pickup order. Expected the food to be fresh & hot after long wait, instead it seem like it had been cooked earlier and sitting a while. The photo is of the chicken on my Classic Chicken Sandwich … very flat, overcooked, and dry. HIGHLY disappointed the few times I’ve been to this particular location and this was my last time going.

I had the most pleasant experience here on May 5 (2025) around 5 PM. The young lady working the register that day was incredible. She was so very helpful and more importantly, kind. Just exhibited great customer service. I wish I had gotten her name but also hope that management knows who was at the front and recognizes her. Fabulous stuff.
