Update— Richard / cashier took my order today 11am or so he was very good. Great listening skills. Thanks soo much. Food was hot . Corrections on my tomatoes was corrected. It was the backs fault on how the order was printed out. The original receipt was correct adding extra tomatoes is #2 for 30 cent. So I asked for four. The back ticket did not read that. All employees had great communication on letting me know this . I left happy. I came back -9-12-25 5:30ish pm I got a sundae I asked for fudge & caramel. Was so good . They did a good job making it.
Food and was told that I couldn’t get it and was told that I was lying trying to get free food. The manager was rude and had told the other manager that we were lying. I ordered 80 McNuggets and only got 40 and when I get back up there to get them was told that I was lying and said that she didn’t want to call the cops so finally gave us the nuggets that we had originally paid for. This place is awful and rude and needs a new manager. DO NOT GO HERE THEY ARE RUDE AND AWFUL. They wanted to roll back the taps to prove that I was lying. They can run back the tapes and prove that they are wrong.
This drive thru is one of the worst. They are quick to have you leave the window and park and consistently get the orders wrong and you have to go in to get the correct order. Then when you go in to get the correction for your order they get an attitude with you and don’t expedite your correction, so you wait all over again now on the inside instead of in your vehicle. Management definitely needs to implement additional training or stop having people pull up even when there isn’t a line of cars behind you.
I bought 3 happy meals and an ice cream cone along with other meals. I had to ask for the cone and of course they acted like I didn’t pay for it and in turn gave me a very skimpy cone.
The happy meals did not have the three chocolate milks that I ordered and paid for. The hot fudge sundays had the napkins on top of them so when I moved them they got all over my car seat. The drinks, as usual, were way too full causing spillage in my car, and never mind putting a straw in unless you want a bigger mess.
For forty something dollars I would expect to get what I paid for, or at the very least, not be treated like a criminal when I ask for it. Unfortunately, I didn’t discover the missing milk until I arrived home. Huge disappointment
