Keep getting the wrong size iced coffees from here. No one answers when I call. I told the lady at the window that it’s the wrong size and she argued with me. It clearly says it on the cup. This is like the 3rd time. *finally got a hold of the manager and instead of taking accountability, she also argued her staff know the cups and I must be wrong. Absolutely rediculous as I literally am holding the cup reading it.

My kid eats here .. I don’t agree with the ingredients..all I can do is pray over his food. He is picky eater.. the fries was just ok.. I felt they was skimpy on filling up the large container. Looked more like a medium.
Update— Richard / cashier took my order today 11am or so he was very good. Great listening skills. Thanks soo much. Food was hot . Corrections on my tomatoes was corrected. It was the backs fault on how the order was printed out. The original receipt was correct adding extra tomatoes is #2 for 30 cent. So I asked for four. The back ticket did not read that. All employees had great communication on letting me know this . I left happy. I came back -9-12-25 5:30ish pm I got a sundae I asked for fudge & caramel. Was so good . They did a good job making it.

I had a long day at work, went here for my lunch break, for something quick and cheap, and LET ME JUST SAY… whoever was on the grill tonight making burgers put love and care into my two little McDoubles (add lettuce add Mac sauce) I could taste seasoning for the first time in a long time from a McDonald’s burger!!!! The man at the first window was so nice and the woman at the second window made sure my order was perfect before I drove off. I hope everyone on closing shift tonight, get “IT” ate from the back respectfully. I went around 10:30pm, I hope a manager sees this and tonight’s employees get a gift card or something. They did their big one tonight!!!!

Placed a mobile order, I was asked along with 4 other cars to pull into the parking lot and my order will be brought out to me. 35 minutes later and I’m still waiting. This make absolutely NO SENSE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Went through the drive thru and they refused to take my order and even after pulling up to the window they refused to take my order and the drive thru girl had finger nails longer than restaurant standard and nail polish on them too. Glad to see that fast food is losing its quality and cleanliness with each passing day. Will not be returning here ever again, me, my friends or my family will not be going here ever again. Such a shame honestly.

I went back up there to get the rest of my
Food and was told that I couldn’t get it and was told that I was lying trying to get free food. The manager was rude and had told the other manager that we were lying. I ordered 80 McNuggets and only got 40 and when I get back up there to get them was told that I was lying and said that she didn’t want to call the cops so finally gave us the nuggets that we had originally paid for. This place is awful and rude and needs a new manager. DO NOT GO HERE THEY ARE RUDE AND AWFUL. They wanted to roll back the taps to prove that I was lying. They can run back the tapes and prove that they are wrong.

I am a general manager of a fast food restaurant, so I understand the daily struggle, but one thing I won’t do is let my people have a nasty attitude with customers like I received today. Not only did I order ahead on the app, so I wouldn’t have to wait since I had somewhere to be, but the girl at the window (had on a manager shirt) was just rude, she shoved my drinks at me, and didn’t ask me to pull up, but told me to pull up. I waited 13 minutes on a fish sandwich that felt like it had been sitting there for a while. When she brought my order out, she didn’t say a word, she proceeded to shove it through my window and walk off while taking orders out to the other 3 cars that were pulled up also.

Update: Came through the drive thru and got pulled forward after everyone that came after me got their bags of food I was sitting 20 min go in and the grill or fryer wasn’t working to make something on my order instead of telling me, they just left me sitting until I went in. They either need to get it together or stop having people pull forward.

This drive thru is one of the worst. They are quick to have you leave the window and park and consistently get the orders wrong and you have to go in to get the correct order. Then when you go in to get the correction for your order they get an attitude with you and don’t expedite your correction, so you wait all over again now on the inside instead of in your vehicle. Management definitely needs to implement additional training or stop having people pull up even when there isn’t a line of cars behind you.

UPDATE- we came through the drive through on 12/13/2025 sometime between five to sixish p.m. Everything was delicious and service was great.

I bought 3 happy meals and an ice cream cone along with other meals. I had to ask for the cone and of course they acted like I didn’t pay for it and in turn gave me a very skimpy cone.

The happy meals did not have the three chocolate milks that I ordered and paid for. The hot fudge sundays had the napkins on top of them so when I moved them they got all over my car seat. The drinks, as usual, were way too full causing spillage in my car, and never mind putting a straw in unless you want a bigger mess.

For forty something dollars I would expect to get what I paid for, or at the very least, not be treated like a criminal when I ask for it. Unfortunately, I didn’t discover the missing milk until I arrived home. Huge disappointment
