This McDonald’s is one of the worst I’ve been to. Being a local with kids, we frequent this location. We use the mobile app all the time and pick up through the drive through. You are parked 9 out of 10 times for even drinks.
My kids ordered McChickens one time and 2 of them were missing a bun.
I ordered a daily double burger the other night and it didn’t have a burger patty on it. The fries are frequently cold. The coffee is bitter. The inside is not very clean. The list goes on and on ..
Do better Sullivan McDonald’s.

Ordered two sandwiches and they were both made incorrectly, they didn’t listen to what was said but just pulled two off the warmer. Price was expected and bathrooms decently clean.

Stopped in for a quick bite before heading to Linton. Turned into a 10-15 minute wait and leaving with no food! Workers were busy taking care of the drive thru orders and not taking care of the people who get out of there cars to come in. We watched our bag sit in the counter while several (at least 10) orders were filled for the drive thru. When someone finally decided to check and see if we needed anything he was told by the manager that they were taking care of the drive thru first! Not long after we heard that we asked for a refund. The same manager that told the employee that they were working on the drive thru orders first tried to tell us they take in orders as they get them. At this point I was beyond ticked so I said that’s a lie because we just heard what you told him about taking care of the drive thru orders first. She did give us a refund but we lost our points we used and didn’t get food! It is not right that you take care of the people in the drive thru and ignore the people inside!! We will not be back to your McDonalds. Treat people better than this!

Got 3 sandwiches here they was a little undercooked but Vanessa took down my name to come in the next day to get the 3 sandwiches replaced. Normally the food is good first time I’ve had any issue and it was corrected.

We placed a mobile order and when we arrived, the lady over the speaker said they refused to make our food because it was no longer breakfast time. We placed, and purchased our order long before breakfast would end. Breakfast ends at 10:30am weekdays and we waited in line and spoke to her at 10:33am. Then the manager said she can’t do anything about it because her computer won’t let them sell breakfast anymore. We told we already place and purchased the order, and that we were just waiting to pick up the food. She said there’s nothing she can do and turned us away.

I swear the McDonalds in this town is the worst I’ve ever seen. Having kids you unfortunately become familiar with it and don’t have a lot of high expectations on food quality. However, this particular location has no concept the term fast food means it’s to be, indeed, fast food especially when you order ahead by 20 minutes and are trying to get a child to school. Add to it the time I ordered for my oldest during clinicals and the idiotic person at the counter argued with her saying she was at the wrong store because the receipt had the address as US 154 instead of Wolfe Street. Then when I called in to get a refund the manager tried to justify it by arguing the address on the app didn’t match the receipt. She ended up having to leave because she was going to be late and had no lunch. If that wasn’t bad enough, you have to expect to stop in the Walmart parking lot because inevitably the order is going to be wrong. Or there’s my favorite of them substituting crap you did NOT order because they were too lazy to actually prepare what you ordered. When I called in they no joke said “well we thought it would be okay.” Then you never know what the state of the food is going to be because they literally have no problem serving you hamburgers with meat that is clearly overcooked or even burned. If you are on the road drive past this place and stop in Vincennes.

On 2-8-25 I stopped in for a breakfast sandwich around 8:30-9. There was a young man that just started and was learning the register. The manager was helping him out to take my order. The young man was excited about his new job. The manager was being kind and patient with him. I can tell these two employees really cared. These two employees are assets to your company. Please recognize the accordingly.
