Please see pictures attached. This is the second time I have gone here, and the sweet tea has stuff floating in it. Disgusting. I am unsure if the tea dispenser needs to be cleaned or what. But there is no telling what this is.

Finally got to try the strawberry frosty and it is AMAZING!! Also, shout-out to Megan in the drive thru! She is the SWEETEST!! She is always so friendly, bubbly, and professional. I’ve read the reviews on this place and they aren’t that kind. ♀️I guess it’s all about timing. Because they were very sweet and accommodated my needs with smile’s. 1st, I had to come around to the window to order because I speak softly. They didn’t have attitudes, they apologized for asking me to come around and I explained I’m quite use to it because I’ve always been asked to speak up. With my medical condition, even when I raise my voice to what I feel is high, most still don’t hear me properly via phone & speaker’s. My order was very unorthodox so to speak. I’d ordered an apple pecan salad with with no meat or cheese. They usually come premade in the county I’m from. Not here. They fixed it just as I’d requested. I’d also requested just grilled chicken in a vast amount for my son’s burritos which we’re being made at home. I also volunteered to pay for the meat as though they were full meals for all the hassle. And they accommodated me well and charged me accordingly.

For a Wendy’s, this place is pretty good. The people are fast, efficient and friendly. The food is as good as any Wendy’s, which is to say, “not bad”. The sandwich I got was nothing like in the menu image. In fact, if you look at the pictures I’ve included, you would be hard-pressed to even know what it is 🙂

Man! Whew! Is pretty much all I can say. When someone named Ashley takes your order through drive through, heard you wrong and has nothing but attitude from that point forward. Then when you get to the window she is continuing to run her mouth until I told her it would be best if she stopped. Stay away Asked for a manager and joke is she’s supposedly the manager, and the girl standing next to her supposedly was a manager too. I told them both they needed to learn how to manage and have better customer service. I already contacted the corporate Wendy’s and will be getting in contact with the other possible manager named Patrick.

Customer service is terrible. It was late at night and I was in the mood for Wendy’s real bad, so I pulled up no cars in the parking lot and it looked dark inside I still pulled up to the window anyways just to see. I pulled up and some woman said “may I help you” I said “are you guys open?” And she yelled “may I help you?” Again with a attitude. And no I didn’t let her have it. We exchanged a few words and then I drove off. I wish I got to see a face so I could tell the manager. But if you go there late at night be prepared for nasty attitudes.

Long wait it drive thru. Ordered sour cream and chive potato. Miniscule sprinkling of chives and did not get sour cream or butter. I don’t like eating a dry potato. This would be a good place to open a restaurant.
