The food is good, but the service is terrible. This is our local Wendy’s. If you go to the drive-thru, it does not matter what meal your order the staff will ask you to pull forward and turn off their timer, so it does not count against them and then 5 to 8 minutes later will bring out your food. See pictures of the food that is the Biggie bag.

My husband went after working a 12 hour shift to get dinner for the family. They charged for a large chili and filled it up partially. Then he ordered a bake potato they didn’t tell him they were out. They gave him fries with a little butter chive sauce. He called tonight to speak with manager and she stated if he didn’t drive back tonight it’s nothing she can do. No one is eating that we can bring back tomorrow. She stated she can’t give a refund or replace it tomorrow. Just Overall bad customer service

So this is actually the best Wendy’s of all time. There’s never any wait, the food is always good, and the servers and litterally some of the friendliest servers I’ve ever met in my life. I’ll miss these people when I move from loganville. Specifically talking about breakfast shift

Please see pictures attached. This is the second time I have gone here, and the sweet tea has stuff floating in it. Disgusting. I am unsure if the tea dispenser needs to be cleaned or what. But there is no telling what this is.

Classic chicken sandwich had brown lettuce, the chicken was so tough I could hardly bite through. Fries clod and limp. Worst experience at this location. Actually had to throw out.

Went to grab some food, noticed the person in line in front of me pulled off but ignored it, then got up to the window and said hello, and got a very exaggerated and sarcastic and passive aggressive response, idk who that was but her attitude was not it and did not make us feel welcome. You could’ve just said to give u a second and we would’ve, but we ended up pulling off.

For years this location served fresh food with the same cheery young woman in the drive thru. Ever since she left, not only is the food stale, but it’s just not a nice experience. For the last year or so, the drive thru seems annoyed and bothered that people are actually usuing the drive thru.
