(Edited): I got my food at 9:50ish, the fries were somehow cold when I got them lmao, idk how and too top it off I saw them literally using 2 liter coke bottles for sodas(machine was probably down) and the lady didnt even use gloves to put ice, it literally rubbed all over her hands. I genuinely curious if I can get a justifiable answer, or any answer for this mess at all.
The bagal was not as good as other McDonald’s.
On a positive (if not a tad wasteful)note, they were extremely over generous with napkins, syrup, butter, sugar and cream.
Worst mcdonalds ever!!!! This place is a dump masquerading as a McDonald’s, and the night manager is the final boss of incompetence.
Waiting 50 minutes for fast food is not a delay — it’s a social experiment. No communication. No apology. Just pure, unfiltered disrespect. AS PEOPLE IN THE DRIVE THRU GOT THERE FOOD THAT HAD JUST ARRIVED!!! The manager acted like customers were an inconvenience to his personal power trip, rolling attitude like it was part of the uniform.
Then came the part that still blows my mind: I left my phone inside, went back for it, and the manager refused to give it back. That’s not customer service — that’s unhinged behavior. I should not have to argue with a McDonald’s employee over my own property like I’m in some low-budget dystopian movie.
This wasn’t just bad service. It was hostile, embarrassing, and absurd. The kind of experience that makes you question how this place is even allowed to operate. If this is what happens at night, this location needs new management, new staff, and possibly an exorcism.
Do yourself a favor and drive literally anywhere else — even going hungry is a better experience than stepping foot into this circus.
When I went back to sit down I could hear them arguing with another customer.
Some poor old lady was still waiting at the counter from when I first went up there to when I finished my food and was leaving.
Advice for the people that work there – Have some pride in your job. Even if the pay isn’t good, monetary incentives shouldn’t be the reason to be a decent human.
Advice for the owner – spend a little more cash and train up the personnel. There seems to be a toxic culture within the team and generally this stems from the top down! Also, open your eyes. You’ve had thousands of negative reviews and yet nothing seems to have improved. If you want to run your franchise to the ground keep doing nothing.
After we clearly explained that it was a service dog, they continued with the same disgusting attitude, proving they don’t understand the law, basic manners, or the concept of ‘customer service.’
It’s honestly embarrassing that a place representing a global brand is staffed with people who act like this — zero professionalism, zero awareness, and somehow even less respect.
If this is the best they can offer, the bar must be underground.
Seems anymore all McDonald’s is good for is an order of fries and a shake
