I went there yesterday for a quick breakfast. Ordered 2 of their new bacon, egg, and cheese english muffin sandwich. It took about 20 minutes for the food to come out even though I was the only customer there at 8am. They forgot the egg on both sandwiches. Went there today and ordered the same thing. (This is the only place near my address) This time they forgot the cheese. They thought everything was so funny. They never apologized, they just said give us the sandwiches back. Awful service. Awful people. Do better Wendys.

I had no choice but to stop going to this location because I always have to wait 30 plus minutes to get my food. I just went there today and had to wait 30-45 minutes just to tell them I had an online order which wasn’t finished when I got to the window and I was told I can only have 2 packets of ketchup because they didn’t have very much . Then i was giving the wrong burger tried to call the store back multiple times but got sent straight to voicemail. Overall would not recommend eating here, seems like they don’t care who they hire and they all move slow . I also had to wait and watch all the workers walk out the store to grab sweets from a sweets truck while everyone was waiting in line .

For it to be a newly built building, the inside is not clean, especially around the fountain drink area. Tables were sticky. Food was not hot. Alot of confusion among the workers about orders. Parking is tight.

For the second time in a row they failed to make the food correctly. The food as displayed on the menu, as in leaving things off of the burger that made the burger that particular menu item. For example, the number 7 comes with BBQ, onion straws and cheese along with your patty number of choice and bun. The last time they only did the cheese and burger and that was it. This time they managed to get some bbq on, but completely left off the onion straws.

We ordered a jalapeno spicy chicken sandwich at Wendy’s. It is a large sandwich, and heat lovers will enjoy. For me, the jalapeno overpowers the flavor of the sandwich. But overall, it is a flavorful sandwich.
