I ordered a chicken combo with a 2$ off coupon and the chicken tasted like it had been dropped in the grease again to cook and fries was warm with no salt; the meal cost 10$ before coupon and after 8$ however this meal was not worth 8$. I got a couple of bites into the chicken sandwich and said nope and threw the fries in the trash. I was so disappointed, I could not go back because I had to be at work and I have diabetes and needed to eat, that is why I ate the couple of bites. Please do better with the quality of the food and customer service especially since food is so expensive now. I ended up eating some Cheetos from work!

Every time I come here, regardless of what I order – whether it be a baked potato or even just an iced tea – I am told it is unavailable. At my last visit, I was told baked potatoes were unavailable, so I ordered 2 cups of chili. I was told that there was only 1 cup of chili available. I also ordered a sweet tea and was told that they only had unsweetened tea available. When I got to the window to pick up my food, I asked for straws for my drinks, and was told that they were out of them. I then asked for my receipt (because I didn’t think I was charged correctly), and was told by Charity- the employee working the window- that they were out of receipt paper, and therefore I could not get a receipt (I swear I could not make this up!). I might have been able to overlook ALL of these things if Charity’s attitude wasn’t so awful. She was VERY condescending, VERY rude, and VERY unhelpful.

The food is awesome… When you get what you ordered. Last time I went, ordered a double w/cheese and got a single, nothing on it but cheese, had to go back. Can be annoying, so check your order! They were even annoyed that I came back for them to fix their error, not to mention I paid for a double and only got a single.

Could’ve had better service. Felt rushed by cashier which resulted in some of my order being wrong. Word of advice to management: MAKE SURE PEST CONTROL IS CURRENT IS ALL I HAVE TO SAY. I WONT BE BACK TO THIS ONE.

Always say “with every bad service there’s good food”. It took 3 times for my dad to finally get unsweetened tea because he I’d diabetic. When I was handed my bag it was given to me in a sort of aggressive manner. Just ignore the cashier and enjoy the food

Went in at 6:40 this evening. Only customer at counter. Waited several minutes and nobody took my order. Walked out. Twice this has happened at this location. There will not be a third time. Wendy’s spends millions on advertising to bring customers in. All wasted when someone will not even do this simple task of taking an order.

As a dasher I frequent this restaurant and usually when I get there the order is ready it close to being bagged and completed. There are a few managers/supervisors who run a good shift and are on top of everything and everyone.
