Food was tasty. Wedges were great. The sausage egg and cheese biscuit was wonderfull. The bread seemed like it mustve been very fresh; like say within the last 45 mins baked. And coffee was high quality ….. like folgers and maxwell house perfectly blended. Lol nice hyperness after….cream and sugar …..

Get to the window to get your food and they are too busy talking about giving out their numbers to guys that come through
Barely reach their arm out to hand you your stuff and then get an attitude because I guess customers are disturbing them on the job.

Omg when I tell you this place here is terrible so damn awful. The hamburger that I had was so disgusting I was so disappointed and really upset and when I was getting my refund back. The general manager accused my boyfriend saying he ate half of the burger and I told her he was really upset. He didn’t like the taste and the fries wow it was too salty like damn they tryna kill us like damn get new employees that will work and do there stuff right and they need new management and the way how the general manager said oh I can’t handle this the only person that can she pointed up the ceiling and she looked at me twice thinking I’m lying customers is always right and we shouldn’t be treated like this. And the drink this picture it was too sweet and too thick so disappointing never ever again I’ll come back lucky they faint get no cuss out because I know how restaurants are.

Absolutely disgusting. I went to Wendy’s on Pine Street and found fuzz and debris inside my burger. It was nasty and completely unacceptable. I felt sick to my stomach. On top of that, the customer service was horrible — rude attitude, no apology, and no urgency to fix the issue. This location seriously needs better management, cleanliness standards, and staff training. I will not be coming back.

During my visit they seemed to be more focused on the Drive thru window. I stood at the front counter for at least 10 minutes or more before they finally took my order. It sucks to be standing there and hear them taking order after order for people that came after I did. I decided to go back again & this time around I didn’t have to wait near as long. The food was quick and good so I bumped my review up 1 star.

I have dietary restrictions so I always eat at Wendy’s in Columbus, N.C. & it is always perfect so I thought I’d go here while having to stay with a loved one in the hospital. I came here at least 5 – 10 times within a two week period. Each visit, I had to wait. At least 15 minutes each time. Food was wrong despite having to wait almost every time. They seemed very unorganized. Chili wasn’t correct, several times. You can tell the recipe wasn’t followed properly. Not sure what they have going on in this location, if they didn’t served baked potatoes, I wouldn’t have continued to return. Very beautiful location, lousy service. Baked potatoes were good tho. & it seemed like the lobby was locked a lot too.

Wendy’s is one of my favourite fast food restaurants, but not this location. I’ve eaten here several times in the past two months and each time was extremely disappointing. The customer service is nonexistent and the employees are RUDE. The quality of the food is terrible. The spicy chicken sandwich combo was $11 and it included a cheaper processed chicken patty instead of the chicken breast that was used before. It was soggy because of excessive amounts of mayo and mushy tomatoes. Fries were lukewarm and old. Definitely not worth the money. I won’t be back.

I do not recommend going here ever! Chicken sandwich was completely raw. I am absolutely disgusted that I ate part of this and didn’t realize the severity of this. I hope that I don’t get sick. I am grateful that it wasn’t my two year olds sandwich. I’ve been to this establishment multiple times and they are rude most of the time. The woman that I spoke to on the phone said her name was Beth. It took her 10 calls to answer. The negligence in this restaurant was truly unacceptable.

very poor service, tried to get our doordash order and they not only got the order wrong, but when we pulled around to inform them, the person at the window was very dismissive and did not understand that we were missing items from our order. my friend was upset with her poor customer service, (as she told us that something we ordered was out and just walked away), and the employee retaliated by getting her manager and parading around the store shouting about us. the manager didn’t seem much more knowledgeable, but did try his best to correct our order. he told us she was supposed to have marked the item as out, but didn’t. food was cold and did not taste like it should have come from wendys. drive thru service was very slow, and has a record for being that way. will not be returning

Drivethru time is quick. Food is hot, with napkins and straw. Employees are pleasant. My preferred Wendy’s in the area. Ordered two meals for lunch.
