This is our go-to spot for chicken fingers, they’re always hot, crispy and consistently delicious. The sauce is so good, the fries always hit the spot and don’t forget to order the toast cause is so good. The person who took our order was so nice and sweet. Service was fast, the place felt clean and everything came out fresh. We keep coming back because Cane’s never disappoints!

This is my first time at this location. The food was not bad. The parking was awful. The handicap parking design was awful to where I cannot get in or get out or anyone for that matter. I broke plenty bones in my body, and it was hard for me to even get to the location as far as parking. The ladies that were taking orders was super nice and super helpful. Will I return to this location,, probably so if there’s not many people there so it’s easier for me to get in and out. I’m not sure how everyone works there, but these two ladies they are super great employees. Y’all did a good job them.

What can I say? Canes you always get 100% A+. To be honest I went to Popeyes first before canes. Left Popeyes without food because the service is that horrible in the location in Elmwood. Let’s be honest any Popeyes location service is completely horrible. Walked into your canes employees first thing said Hey can I help you? . walked in the line ordered my food done. Very simple. It’s hard going out to eat now with a family of six let alone expensive. So when I go out to eat, even if it’s at a fast food location, I expect service. Because my money needs to make me happy for whatever I’m getting. I don’t need to wait 45 minutes for chicken in line. If that’s the case, I should go home and cook it myself. Canes you doing a great job? You’re Always gonna win because of the fact that the quality of the product is always on point and the quality of the service is excellent every time. It’s not that hard. It should be very simple just like a canes. Just wanted to say you did a great job.

I haven’t had Canes in 10 years, so I thought let’s give it a try. Pricey the chicken strips are super small now wasn’t even fried all the way and the hand full of fries you get and I don’t even want the fries. The Texas toast that they give you now is different ,not even the same it’s dry and tastes different.

It was my first time there and who ever that guy was who took my order -and- brought the food to our table was absolutely kind, courteous and knowledgeable.
We got 2 boxes of chicken ‘strips’ with fries Texas toast and the Cole Slaw was fantastic.

If I could give 0 I would. I had an incident where I bought 2 box combos, and I had to call to get my order remade because when I bit into the chicken it felt like I was chewing gum. When I looked down it was light pink in the middle, I threw away both of the box combos away when I realized that most of the meat was pink. I called and was told my name would go it the book and I was given a code because I was driving I didn’t remember. I normally always go to this location due to me working at Ochsner this is the closest location so I would assume the workers would remember me, but I get there on 11/09/25 and spoke with a Manager by the name of Jordan I told her I did not remember the code and she said she was going look for my name in the book she was only gone for 2 seconds and came back and said “nope I didn’t see you name” and she is actually the voice I think I remember speaking with on the phone. I told her I think I spoke with her she said very smug “no.” So I said I will be calling corporate which I will be doing in the morning due to the lack of consideration and accountability. She forgot to put my name in the box so instead of saying that she wanted it to seem as if it didn’t happen. Very very very unprofessional and

I used to love this location, but unfortunately, it is not what it used to be anymore. The service is always good but the last couple of times I’ve ordered food, is like the tenders are smaller and smaller every time i go and fries are barely given, I understand inflation affects but that is why yall also keep raising prices. ♀️

I appreciate the quality of your chicken tenders, and I am a fan of Raising Cane’s. However, I find the pricing for the box meals to be a bit steep. I believe a price adjustment would be beneficial, but I will continue to be a customer as it is a great fast-food option.
