Went through drive through. Order taker mess up the order. Told they would fix it, after repeating 4 times of what my order should be. Asked to oull forward and it would be fixed. I was refunded part of what I should have been, and still had wrong order. I called the store and the person on the other end who “was in charge” couldn’t give me 2 seconds to explain and was very rude!
Ok just went to give them a second chance… simple order. 1/4 pounder meal… quarter pound patty still rare side. Photo added

I usually don’t complain or ask for refunds, but this McDonald’s has really gone downhill. I ordered chicken nuggets and ended up with a box full of random sauce instead. On top of that, this isn’t the first time—previous visits they’ve missed fries and even the toy in a Happy Meal. My child was starving and excited to eat, but instead we got home and realized the order was completely wrong. I had to make food from scratch after already being late, which was frustrating and disappointing. Mistakes happen, but it’s becoming a pattern here. This location seriously needs to double-check orders and show more care for their customers. Also, I did not receive a refund because I paid through the Mobile app and the app is absolutely no help!!!

Ordered 2 McDoubles and a large fry, the beef on the McDoubles was close to burnt and didn’t have a good taste, basically as far from a McDonald’s McDouble as I’ve ever had. The fries were flimsy, half cooked and tasted like old fryer oil. Every other McDonald’s I’ve been to in the Augusta area has been consistently great and food tastes as it should, not this one. The way fast food prices are nowadays, paying this much, this kind of quality is inexcusable. I recommend passing this McDonald’s to go to the next one nearby.

01/27/26 – Was told the coffee machine was down when I showed up with a mobile order, and could only get my sweet tea. It was 7am? Asked for refund on the coffee and the window worder said she would ask and I was sent forward. Got my food. Nobody came to talk with me and the coffee ended up coming out with attitude. None of my substitutions or addons were in there. Never got the tea. I understand from working food service if the machine was down but did you expect to keep my money? And I was understanding enough to not warrant attitude. Just had to talk to me and maybe you wouldn’t have had to presumably put together a coffee machine at 7am, God forbid, and I wouldn’t have two $6 coffees without what I ordered for me or my boyfriend who was going to work. Could have just gone to Starbucks for that.

1 star is being very generous. Somehow this McDonald’s always manages to “loose” food/orders. The service was already super slow and then they take away the drink machines and other items they had out here for us. I had to wait almost 10 minutes up front just to ask for some napkins. I hate getting drink refills because you never know how long they will take.

Just came in tonight doing a DoorDash. My order wasn’t ready so I sat down while I began to wait. I hear The Hispanic female and the African American male with the neck tattoo and low cut making remarks about my sexuality. They been to keep going after a while I notify them that I can hear their remarks. They tell me they werent saying anything bad. When I constantly tell them I heard everything that was said. I find it disrespectful to have employees talk about customers especially loud enough to where the whole conversation was heard.

I usually have a positive experience, but this is the second time I’ve stopped in the drive through for lunch, asked to wait (no problem there) and then had them serve two cars in the adjacent lane that came after me. Both times I left the line for better service elsewhere.

Very clearly says they open at 5am. Placed an order at 530, arrived at 540. 2 workers in the restaurant, milling around with no sense of urgency. If the restaurant opens at 6, then orders shouldn’t be accepted until the restaurant is open. It didn’t take 30 minutes to take my money, I shouldn’t be waiting 30 minutes for food

Today, I ordered a triple cheeseburger meal, and unfortunately, I found a piece of hair in my burger, which was quite unpleasant. I attempted several times to call and inform them that their employees need to improve, but I was unable to reach anyone. Therefore, I have decided to no longer patronize the McDonald’s in Grovetown.
