I went there tonight and the food was horrible There was no fries hardly in the fry container. The sandwich They got a tremble baconator meal and there was no bacon, no cheese in between the meat. Trying to call but know one will answer. I want my food replaced. I got chicken nuggets meal that was hard. They didnt even give me a reciept. I didn’t spend 30 dollars just to come home and see nothing is even any good. Even the bread is hard this is gross. NASTY. I will be calling in tomorrow.

It was very clean, restrooms were clean and well maintained. We ordered for 5 people. Staff was friendly, food was prepared fresh, and in a reasonable time. Everyone commented on how great their meal was. We were only passing through, but if we are in the area again will most definitely dine here again.

Solid burger fast food chain. We really like the Wendy’s signature sauce. This location is much better than the one in Camden.
They did mess up 2 parts of my order—I opted for no cheese on my burger, but got cheese. I opted for lettuce on a kids burger, and got a tomato on it instead. It was still good, and it didn’t bother me too much.
Bonus, it has outdoor seating!

If i could give a Zero, I would. Service is a total 0. Wait 20 minutes & get nothing but can you wait longer. Heck no. I hope they retrain employees & management. Being next to the interstate, you need to do better or it’ll just be another vacant building.

Had the best service and food at the Wendy’s in Lugoff. We have one in Camden but the food and service are always horrible that we stopped going. The employees in Lugoff were very kind and the food was really good. Nothing was missing and everything was fresh and I finally received a baked potato actually cooked throughly. Very impressed considering it’s a new location. I’ve worked in establishments like this and opening of new stores and things can been dicey for a bit being brand new but they handled things very well just shows how well management is handling things so far. I hope they keep this up we desperately needed a decent Wendy’s in the area.

Came here for the 1st time for a Caesar salad. The lettuce was old and juices had collected at the bottom making the brown lettuce slimy. It was only 1145 am. The salad was warm as if it wasn’t even being kept cold.
