Not PapaRoni’s anymore. New ownership is taking ownership of quality. I little hiccup during my pick up but no big deal. The food quality improvement is obvious. The pizza was great. Still working out the kinks but ill go back. Service and otherwise will improve as the dust settles.

I’ve given this place multiple chances, and the result has been the same every time: disappointment. I’ve ordered both pizza and subs, and the quality has been consistently poor.
The pizza lacked flavor and freshness. On my most recent sub order, I paid extra for additional meat and received what amounted to roughly two pieces of bacon per half. That is not “extra” by any reasonable standard. The sub itself tasted stale and did not seem freshly made.
This location was formerly Paparoni’s and is now operating as Timmermans, and the decline in quality since the ownership change is obvious.
What’s more concerning is how criticism is handled. Customer opinions and negative feedback appear to be removed or hidden on their Facebook page, which suggests an attempt to control the narrative rather than address legitimate issues. If a business truly stands behind its product, it shouldn’t feel the need to silence dissatisfied customers.
I’m posting this here because honest reviews should remain visible to the public. Based on repeated experiences and how feedback is handled, I will not be returning. Others deserve to know before spending their money.

I placed a order Friday night 12/13. I called before placing the order to verify if they use fresh peppers or pickled peppers on their subs and was told by a not so pleasant man that yes they’re fresh. So I order 2 philly cheesesteaks,2 onion rings and some other items. 1st the onion rings were burnt, the cheesesteaks had pickled peppers, and barley any cheese but paid for extra. When calling to talk to the manager he did not apologize or offer to remake just a credit. Why would I want a credit to here if my 1st order was that shitty. I put in a complaint on the website that night too and wanted to be contacted but have not yet. Obviously the owners could care less if they have unhappy customers.

Normally, I love the food but last night was my second garbage plate since the new owners.however I do think they’re too big but That’s besides the point last night mine was sitting in water. It had to have been the macaroni salad was not stirred and was way too watery, but it had my whole meal, including french fries sitting in a pool of water and it was disgusting.

Stopped in late at night after visiting a nearby state park and was pleasantly surprised. Service was quick—our pizza was ready within 15 minutes. I have an onion allergy, and they were very accommodating by using tomato purée for the sauce instead of their usual one. The pizza itself was good: thicker dough and quality ingredients. Personally, I would have preferred a bit more cheese, but that comes down to taste and I wouldn’t discount theirs. Overall, a solid stop for a late-night bite with great service

Food is good, prices aren’t bad but they seem never to get our order right. It’s not bad, it’s just wrong. It’s either the toppings or sauces are wrong or not even sauce or blue cheese most the time. We go there, we like their subs, fingers and wings, daily specials, even the pizza is good, but you have to check your food order there for accuracy. I don’t like that, I wish someone would check the order before they gave it to you and send you home.

I threw away over $80 in food from there. I ordered 2 subs for pick up and they took 30mins on a 15 min order. Got home everything was wrong (no sauces for pizza logs, no bacon on bacon cheeseburg sub, the wrap was spinach; I asked for jalapeño cheddar, steak inside was cold and not the right toppings; all 3 things I ordered were wrong) & so I went back. The kid wrote down my order EXACTLY and it took another 30 mins. And even tho it was WRITTEN down AND he came and asked me question because im assuming they lost the paper (!?!?!?!) it was STILL wrong. It was 1 1/2 hours from the time I called to place the order originally and it was still wrong. So I said forget it since it was no past my bed time. I gave them another chance the following weekend and this is what I got… raw dough. Never again. I can make pizza at home better.
