I love Wendy’s chili it is the best I’ve ever eaten. Except at the Batesburg,sc location. The first time I went to get 2 large chili’s. When I got home found out the chili was dry and had a scorched after taste. Ok everyone has a bad day so I gave them another chance. Second visit asked for 2 large chili’s and was told they only had 1 large and 1 small. So I only got the small. And not only did it have a scorched taste it was lluke warm. Very sad I will never visit this Wendy’s again. Thx

flys all over the restaurant and also upfront on the ordering screens the flys were everywhere flying. workers shure like to have flys in the restaurant and the old lady that walks weird wanted to give me a small frosty ice cream wen i had order a chocolate cold brew ice coffee. I hope they can hire clean people that keeps everything on stuck with the ketchup. we come an spend our money here not word it.

Went there today to grab my kids some lunch. Ordered 2 $4 biggie bags and 1 $5 crispy chicken biggie bag. I drive a half hour home and pull out the food and the crispy chicken sandwich was half eaten but wrapped (so nice of them) and no nuggets or fries!! Tried calling and no one has answered.

I don’t understand all the attitudes. Service is awful. If I pull up in the drive-thru and order five meals. You clearly see it’s just me in the car and hand the drinks individually without a drink holder. Ask for one it’s a problem. Missing part of my meal problem. If you don’t want to work there, find another job.

Terrible!! Only 3 people working. I understand being short staff. But has nothing to do with getting a order right. Go back up there. A lady says what’s wrong I tell her. She walks off. Unexpectable!! Suppost to be a Baconator. A hamburger with ketchup!!

This Wendy’s has gone downhill in the recent months and it is totally UNACCEPTABLE! I went in last week for a chili and I had mobile ordered it. Long story short I was in the drive thru and the car in front of me was at the speaker but all of a sudden they left then I got up to the speaker and no one was answering me at all I was there for 2 minutes with no response. So I then decided to park and go inside then once again everyone that was working was in the back ♂️ they finally came and answered me and asked what I got and I told them so they finally gave me my chili. Then today I mobile ordered a baked potato and I got up to the speaker they asked my order I told them that I had a mobile order then when I got up to the window they told me to pull forward and wait. I was waiting for 10 MINUTES and the person behind me got there food before me. Also I had asked for no chili and not surprising they gave me chili. Overall the service sucks and I probably won’t be back until they get better people working there.

I got a number three combo meal and some of the nuggets hard on the outside but mushy in the middle didn’t taste fully cooked . Something ain’t right with them fries either.. you get to the bottom tasted not cooked all the way.

Truly terrible.. The last 2 times I have came here to get food, there were others in front of me placing their orders and as I drove up to order I waited 2-3 minutes before someone comes on and tells me they aren’t taken orders through the drive through right now. I then asked then why did they just place orders for the 3 cars that were in front of me? Rudely NO RESPONSE!!! I have to say the Employees are always slow, rude and always goofing off in front of customers even with a line. None of the employees are respectful, kind, and always half ass their jobs. This Wendy’s location needs corporate intervention ASAP. This location is no doubt the absolute worst one!!!!!

Truly terrible. Consistently the worst fast food spot in a 50 mile radius. Employees are always slow, rude and always goofing off in front of customers even with a line. If I had more options of places to eat while on shift I would never come here. I truly believe people that don’t get paid enough to care (like food service) deserve slack just for getting through the day but this staff is straight up abusive to customers. Needs corporate intervention ASAP.
