Wish I could give 0 stars they gave my dad cold fries and refused a refund or remake they said he lied and wouldn’t even feel the fries they were cold and old. They argued and was very rude. Do not go to this wendys.
Also they made my burger completely wrong as well.

There’s a reason why this location has a 3.8 google review rate… it’s absolutely the people! People are ALWAYS the reason a location thrives and makes money and the Reason they do not! This is a reflection on the manager on down. When you have a simple request for fresh / hot fries and the reluctance in this request. It’s not the wallet of the employees that buys the food, it’s the customer’s wallet.
What ever happened to “sure happy to do that for you.”?

To be honest, this location right here is the most disgraceful place as all get out because my daughter asks to have a coloring page and for them to say, oh I have to order something for her to get a coloring page mind you, my daughter is 5 years old. But They want me to purchase something. And I said , that’s ridiculous , and the person in their back counter , talking about i’m ridiculous.

They messed up my order, so I looped back around, and they handed me a sandwich so stale it could’ve been laminated and filed in a cabinet. It was flatter than printer paper and tasted like it had been emotionally damaged sometime in 2007.
The manager moved with the urgency of someone buffering at 2%. I’ve seen sloths handle logistics with more authority. Running a restaurant might not be their calling — maybe competitive napping is.
If I could give less than one star, I would. Zero stars. Negative stars. I would invent a new rating system just to properly document this experience. If Google let me pick one “Worst Review of My Lifetime Achievement Award,” it would go here.
And I cannot believe I’m typing this… but it tasted worse than McDonald’s. Yes. That McDonald’s. Ronald is somewhere laughing.

Did not fulfill my drive through order, had to walk into store and the blue haired girl acted like it was an inconvenience for her, she even sounded like to me that I was lying about my order being short. No apologies offered by her.

We went here every morning to visit with family we hardly get to see. We had a toddler and a 11 yr old boy. The staff was so kind to us and made our visit perfect. I wish I could remember the manager name she’s is so kind hearted, which is rare! I cant wait to return back. Also there food was fresh and very good! Highly recommend!

Nice store. Food was just how it should be. I had the Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger. Burger was warm and cheese melted but the veggies were cold and crisp. It’s a feat that only Wendy’s can accomplish most consistently. Chili was also very good. I added onions, chives and the hot chili sauce to add a hint of spice.
Restaurant was clean inside and out and workers were friendly. Bathroom was also clean

Our family was at this Wendy’s location earlier today and I was annoyed I spilled my drink right away, the lady behind the counter was so nice and understanding. She even talked to my son and was very patient with him . Before we left an older gentlemen came to our table and gave our kid a free frosty. I’ve never been to a fast food establishment that actually seemed to care about its customers so thank you for making our day a little brighter. We were from out of town .

Extremely satisfying experience and top quality food. The staff were super courteous and friendly. Even offered complementary frosties for the kids in our group. We were looking for a quick bite on our way back to Atlanta late in the evening and it came very helpful on the way not to take deviation from our route.

Well unfortunately I was looking for a good breakfast experience today. I came into Wendy’s asked for 2 for 3 seasons potatoes and the old man that’s a manager obviously told me that that only goes for small it does not say on the sign two for three only for small so one that’s false advertisement and two the manager was very rude this morning and I’m going to send a picture to show to for 3 only means for small items not large what’s that needs to be notified so yes I am very unsatisfied and a little upset because of the rudeness of the manager
