It was okay. Nothing spectacular. Food was hot and fresh. It was good, meaning it wasn’t the wrost. Lol. Service was friendly. Place was clean. It is a bit pricey for a burger place. For five meals we spent 100 bucks so not somewhere I’d eat often. Reminds me of five guys with everything being priced separately. Would I go again? Maybe. If there was nothing else I wanted, sure. All and all 6/10.

I really love their food but I am sad it has been the second time that I am missing a burger from my to go order . After the first time that happened I started checking to make sure my order was complete. I did not check this time and missed a burger again. I noticed when I got home so it did not make sense to trying go back.

We love Shake Shack!! It’s a great food choice for when we go hang out at the green area to run around. Love the easy to follow order menus, always a place to sit, food quality is great! We had some time to kill so stopped in for a quick meal on Tuesday. We opted for one shake to share but made a mistake!!! The cherry blossom milkshake was probably the best shake I’ve ever had and by the time we finished our food we wanted another to share but they ran out of milk!! So disappointing! The burgers were tasty, I really enjoyed the black truffle burger as I could taste the truffle in every bite! The fries were good, but the cheese sauce was just ok and I could’ve skipped the fries altogether in favor of another burger or shake. We’re not at the mall often but will definitely be back if we want a quick meal! Oh and the young lady who was delivering the food was delightful, I wish we knew her name so we could compliment her directly!

I ordered a milkshake, and a few minutes later I got the one that had been sitting on the food-ready rack since I got there. I asked why, and the person just asked me if I wanted more whipped cream. Very expensive and not worth it.

Shake Shack is a NY-based, modern-looking upscale burger concept with freshly cooked food and an unconvincing price tag. It offers takeout or dine-in and has a walk-up window. The atmosphere of the restaurant is pleasant, but make no mistake—it is fast food, with counter service and self-service condiments, etc. The food is on par with Five Guys, so if you like a gourmet burger, this is an excellent fast option. Food aside, the price is steep, costing nearly $20, plus the suggested tip, in north Houston, which is pretty expensive compared to other options. Even though you order at a kiosk and interact with no one, you are asked to tip on your already costly meal, which somehow feels wrong. While I like the food, it’s not my first choice because the quality and service are not worth the premium price. It may be worth the treat if you are at the mall already and have some extra cash.

Server was great but the food and soda were terrible. Quality wasn’t there. First off, the burger and grilled cheese sandwich were extremely small and flat, like the size of my fist. Also, the soda tasted like tap water with fizz and food coloring, it didn’t taste like Fanta Orange Soda. I just threw it away after a sip. This is the 1st time I gave this place a try. Never again. Other fast food restaurants have better options and even better pricing.

Great experience every time I come here. The food is always quick and tasty, and they are surprisingly quick for how crowded they are. Our server, Mack, really made the experience a delight tonight. Such genuine kindness, and a great attitude despite how busy the place is. 11/10 would come again and recommend!

Fantastic food. Got a single patty bacon cheese burger, onion rings and a fountain drink. My total (which includes a pre-loaded ‘gratuity’) was $21! Seriously good food, seriously over priced. I’m also not a fan of tips at an establishment that does not employ servers – people who’s income is derived mostly from tips. For the prices Shakeshack charges, their employees better be well-paid!
