If I could give a negative star rating, I would. I’ve tried giving this location multiple chances because it’s the closest Burger King to me, but every time, I end up waiting in line an unreasonably long time—and my order is wrong.
Today, my order was placed correctly, but when I received it, it was completely wrong. When I went back in to explain, the cashier told the kitchen I wanted it remade because it didn’t have extra cheese—which wasn’t even the issue. The problem was that it did have cheese, but it was literally soaked in mustard all over the bun, and it wasn’t even the double cheeseburger I paid for—it was a single.

I ended up having to yell to the back myself to make it clear that I just wanted the burger I actually ordered and paid for. When I finally got it, the burger was cold, the cheese wasn’t melted, and I was done. I’m sick of the bad attitudes, the wrong orders, and paying for food I’m not getting—especially after sitting in line so long.

And one last thing: I find it funny that I didn’t get the usual receipt that asks for reviews. All I got was the sticker on the bag showing what I should have gotten.

Nuggets are horrible, been flat and old the last 5 times I’ve eaten here. The cheese on the burger wasn’t melted, the burger itself was charred on the edges as if they’re old or over cooked. Only good thing is the fries. Service is always slow, McDonald’s next door goes through 5 cars per 1 car at BK. One lady with the blonde hair busts her butt there though, not her fault. Everyone has to work together for good service not just the windows.

Should have checked out google reviews before I went here. Sat in 2 car line for 5 minutes, at the speaker for 4. Received cold fries and cold burger. Obviously low staffed. Same man took my card at 1st window, and gave me my food at 2nd window. Owners and management need to step up and get more employees.

Drive through typically takes at least 20 minutes to cycle through 5 or so cars. Only come here if you have a LOT of time to kill.

Edit: NEVER pre-pay through the app… it took 45 minutes in the drive through before I finally just went inside to get my cold, mushy food. Oh and their drinks machine was empty.

i’m leaving this review for the last time i was in. it’s been a while but i finally got around to leaving it. i was served by someone at the window who goes, i believe, by the name of joseph. i don’t even know if he works there anymore but he was phenomenal and my food was SO fresh. his attitude turned my day around. 10/10 experience.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We got some coupons in the mail. Went up there started in the drivethru. Waited 15 minutes in the drivethru after them telling me to wait a moment so I thought it would be easier to just go in. So we go in and apparently they don’t do orders at the register you have to use the kiosk. Being completely ignored so I had to yell excuse me our code isn’t working in the kiosk so finally I got someone to come to the register. And she asked me if the coupon was expired. The date on the coupon is 12/9/25. Then she inputs the code and says it’s invalid. And then just stares at me with an attitude. And I was like ok so what then aren’t you gonna ask someone about it if the store is participating in the coupons or not??? And she just stands there. And I was being super nice. So I just walked out. I don’t know why I even still try to come here. Unfortunately the only other ones close by burnt down or shut down. And I’m not going to willoughby for some food.

I would put 1 star but I don’t want another burger king to shut down. If they are going to expect a worker to do three different jobs, they need to pay them the salary for the three extra employees to do them. I had to wait 30 minutes for mozzarella sticks
