Came with some hungry 9 yr olds after a movie that ended at 9 and was very disappointed. While ordering our food the cashier had her DoorDash delivered from another burger place and that should have been our sign.

Missing basically every dessert option possible at this location, 1-2 customers in the dining room total, and was told to pull ahead to wait for my order which was missing one double cheeseburger when I got it afterwards, After going inside to get the other burger and returning home, I found one burger was missing everything but the old and/or overcooked patties and cheese. The other burger was also missing pickles and was overcooked/old but at least had ketchup and mustard, not to mention the Medium fry I ordered was clearly a Small but that was the least of my worries. I essentially paid almost $9 for a Small fry as I threw the rest away.

My daughter was disappointed the playground was closed. A lot of BK locations in the area have closed lately, and finding open locations with a playground is challenging. I hope they fix whatever the maintenance issue is that’s keeping the playground closed.

Some of the worst service I’ve ever experienced visit before the most recent I waited 35 minutes in my food for a couple of whoppers and a chicken sandwich. As if most recent visit ordered food with co-workers. When the food got here my whole order was missing. Had to leave work after spending over $10 for my lunch and asked for my sandwich. Was told that they would make me the sandwich and comes back with the wrong sandwich. Mind you the location was not busy not a single car in line. Extremely disappointed, would just be better under new management and new staff.

If you do food delivery avoid this restaurant at all costs.They make you wait while the customers food sits under a heat lamp I was there over ten minutes and the food was ready the whole time and they still wouldn’t get it for me when I asked. They said they take care of the other customers first.

I can’t rate the food because we didn’t even stay here. It was dusgusting. We walked in and there was only one person in front of us and he had already ordered. We stood there for a few minutes and nobody acknowledged us or waited on us. My husband went to the bathroom and came back and still nobody had even said hello and we were the only ones at the counter. While we were waiting I started to notice a ton of flies. They were everywhere. I understand there are doors opening and drive through windows but it was like a horror movie. We ended up leaving since it was filthy and nobody even said anything to us while we were waiting. No wonder all the Burgee Kings around Mentor are closing. Where are the managers? The health department? So gross. We’ll never be back.

This Burger King is always hit or miss. Last visit was a miss. We dined in. Food was lukewarm and no onion rings. Burger King’s food should be hot or it really doesn’t taste good. With menu prices increasing all the time and so many other choices out there, this location need to step it up a few notches. Sometimes you need a BK fix but you may not get it here. It’s no wonder there are so few BK’s left. The menu choices are same old, same old and it seems they haven’t kept up with the trends

Went to Burger King on Diamond in Mentor. It was ridiculous one car in front of me waiting for food, we waited for food and two other cars waiting for food. Our burgers were at the best just warm, my whopper jr was horribly put together and cold. Forgot our fries and onion rings and noticed the guy behind us they delivered his food missing fries also.

They re-modelled the interior but other than that, the parking lot hasnt been repaved since like 2005. theres flies in the resturaunt and the staff there is actually a joke. Very rude to customers no matter who walks in. they berated an elderly man who just wanted a burger and a water while i waited in line on top of it. Im not sure how this place has any business at all.
