Genuinely the worst Wendy’s I’ve been to. My food took over 30 minutes to get and the soda machine was flat. Not only did my food take ages to be done but was also wrong and cold. My fries were not cooked through in many places my two sandwiches were cold, bread was hard, and had toppings on them which I had requested off. I don’t understand how a fast food place can take so long and make the food so wrong at the same time. I hope this review makes you second guess coming here and chose a better option in the area.

We put a mobile order then arrived after 20 minutes! Thinking it would be ready but no, we pull up and the lady at the speaker was so nasty, then we wait about 1 hour at the window waiting, then she sees we are visibly upset and comes to the window and starts doing some demonic laughing like it was NOT normal and then says “you don’t need to be upset I’m the one making the food your just waiting in the car” then they messed up the food and my friends fries are literally brown and crunchy, you could hang them up as wind chimes We’ve gone here so many times and literally each time we go they are rude. I don’t think there’s ever been a time that they were nice. Don’t go here Also I’m pretty sure she had like some light Ginger hair

March 10, 2025 (Monday afternoon) – Abysmal does not even begin to describe my experience at this Wendy’s. I have never been a fan of fast food restaurants (except for Zaxbys and Panda Express, they’re the absolute best), but this particular visit really answered all the questions I had.
Sure, the wait on getting our food was very long, but it’s Wendy’s, what did I expect? But this day’s wait was exceptionally long (30+ minutes!!). It reminds me of the Wendy’s in Columbus (Polk County 28722) as I waited longer, and longer, and longer. Not to mention my dad PUT A MOBILE ORDER IN expecting a much shorter preparation. UPDATE: The only working member took 45 MINUTES (yes, I timed it) to have it ready. ACTUALLY, she got it done in 5 minutes and let it get cold for 40!!! FORTY VERY LONG MINUTES!!!
When my dad got our beverages (two large cups of sweet iced tea) I expected a quality taste. The tea had tasted like it was made A WEEK ago and there was WAY TOO MUCH SUGAR in it. I physically couldn’t finish it by the time I left this hell-hole so I – like the average American I am – poured out the liquid poison and got flavored Coca-Cola, which is far better.
Don’t even get me started on the food, which was clearly a huge waste of money ($20 total!!!). My dad got two cheeseburgers. From my eyes, it looked like the cheese was not melted at all and the frozen beef patties were BURNT TO A CRISP! I didn’t even bother taking a bite of it, I don’t want E. coli.
My food? For at least a year, I’ve been religiously ordering saucy nuggs. First one was the garlic parm, which tasted absolutely amazing but cleared my whole house since my body is quite overactive when I eat anything consisting of garlic. When I got them this time (honey bbq) I genuinely couldn’t believe it. They were extremely overcooked and chewy, that I was almost unable to even take a successful bite. There was far too little sauce on the nuggs it was like you were too lazy to make the sauce fresh so you put a pack or regular bbq over it and literally microwaved it. You cannot disguise it and expect me not to tell. I could definitely tell.
Don’t even get me started on our fries. Let me put it in one-word terms: Cold, Bland, Broken, Overcooked, Burnt, Bitter, Disgusting. Disgusting enough that I thought putting ranch all over them would make them moist and crunchy (in an actually pleasant way). UPDATE: It made it far worse. I literally had to throw them away, literally a waste of $6 (I’m sorry, dad; I’M NOT AND WILL NEVER BE SORRY, WENDY’S)
I hope to never return to this location ever again. If I ever do, my family made me. Should’ve went to Taco Bell or McDonald’s when I had the chance.

The best view in any fast food restaurant. We went in and were very excited to try the well-advertised triple berry frosty with our food. We went in and the air just felt dirty. The floor was so slick that I was able to slide my chair like it had wheels and I could do a pretty epic moonwalk. Emily took our order and was patient with our complicated orders. Our food for the first order came fairly quickly but we were given chocolate frosty and informed that they were out of the triple berry way after the fact. The frosty were still good but I was disappointed we weren’t informed about the fact that they were out of stock. Our second order took over 15 minutes to come and it was smaller and placed immediately after the first. The men’s bathrooms were very dirty and the paper towel thing was broken. I wiggled it around until it popped open so I could some paper towels. The women’s bathroom, per my sources, not my evaluation, was “clean and smelled good”. They did have the giant free ketchup pumps instead of the tiny packets which was a plus.

This has not been my first time to this Wendy’s and my rating has been made after multiple times. Practically every time I’ve been to this restaurant the service is abysmally slow and depending on the employee running the drive through down right rude. The best time to come is around lunch for the staff tends to be faster and less rude. Later in the afternoon though it becomes a nightmare with long wait times, rude staff, incorrect orders and falsified drive thru time by pulling the drivers at the window either forward towards the door or in the mobile order parking spaces.

When trying to place my order through the app and was unsuccessful the manager Mikel stepped in to assist in completing the order to my Satisfaction with no Frustrations. Very clean an warm environment. A staff Member was quick to take my order. My order was promptly deliver hot and fresh. Highly recommend.

The staff stood around and ignored us. The staff came out into the dining area and danced with a broom but refused to ring up a person’s order at counter. Honestly the worst service I’ve ever had at a Wendy’s and that’s saying something.

Came to this Wendy’s after work tried to order something I always do but not tonight because the manager lied about not being able to sale an item all because she didn’t want to cook the food and then proceeded to state at me while getting the items I ordered. This is not the first time she does something like this. This incident happened on 2/17/26 and it was the night shift manager.

This location needs serious help in regards to staffing. I’ve gone on different days at different times and the wait time (specifically in the drive thru) is crazy. I sat for 7 minutes at the order screen before someone took my order (so long that 2 cars behind me drove off in frustration). When I pulled and the corner there was nobody in front of me. When I got to the window, it was another 5 minutes before I even got my food. The quality of the food was meh and everything just felt like nobody cared about being there.
