Let me make myself absolutely unequivocally clear. I do not steal or lie. When I ordered a large fry and large drink I assumed it would be prepared quickly. No it took 20 minutes or so to receive my order. The fries had no salted at all. And very surprisingly they were in fact old. When the order was finally completed the person grabbed a bag and through on the counter. The man (I assumed) was the manager he said” munber 940 ready” after tossing the bag on the counter. He started to walk away, so I asked him for a cup. I said” Sir I didn’t get my large cup or drink” he questioned me and then said with a disrespectful and disbelief tone ” what do you mean you didn’t get you cup! Are you sure?? I told him once again I in fact did not. He grabbed a cup fron the sleve and slid it to me with a look and attitude if if I was lying. Don’t go here you will be treated like crap!

I have seen several things that are concerning. First and foremost, the last time I was here before today, they gave me the wrong order. I took it back in to the counter and watched them walk it right back out to the customer who it belonged to. I had unwrapped 2 of the items before taking it back in, and although I’m a clean person not everyone is and the fact that they gave the customer food handled by another customer was very unsettling. This was done under the direct instruction of the Manager. Then this time around I had to wait almost 20 minutes for a couple of mcdoubles with extra onions and an order of nuggets. The burgers came out and had NO onions at all. This in particular has happened many times and makes me question why you even entertain special requests if you don’t honor them. Overall this McDonalds has gone far downhill in recent months. They used to be super fast and accurate, now they are neither.

The person who took our order did not ring it up right and when we went back through drive through he tried to say the 6a only comes with one wrap so it didn’t matter. We offered to pay but he refused to ring us up for an additional wrap. The manager also could not care less he was not sorry or any of the above. The staff here has sucked the past few times we have been through.

Made a purchase through the app to pickup curbside. My mom loves her Frappe’s in the morning. That was the only thing on the order. Took 5 minutes and he was bringing it out. The ice and whip cream were melted and it was completely watered down. She took it back inside for them to fix it. She watched him dump more ice in it and put more whipped cream in it and gave it back to her, instead of blending the ice in. So now it had chunks of ice in it so big she couldn’t even drink out of the straw and it was completely watered down still. She took it back and was so frustrated she just left. So disappointing.

We tried getting our mobile order through and it kept on saying that we didn’t put a number in. What the hell do you mean we put the order in!! So we went inside and there was no movement and the service sucked. So we got in the drive thru and it took 2 hours to get through!!!!!!! Worst experience ever and we will not be coming back!

Weird staff. Seemed confused by orders. I saw two other people have problems with their order while I was in there. One was a drive through order where they had to park and come inside to correct. Another was a guy waiting forever. I don’t think he got his food. He left. I got my food with no shakes after waiting a very long time. We thought maybe they went to the grocery store to buy ingredients. I ordered two shakes and a happy meal and chicken nuggets. We went back to ask for the shakes and it took a very long time. Then the shakes looked weird. I asked if they were supposed to look like this and the employee said “yes”. Then my son’s cheeseburger was smashed flat.

Went in and order a value meal for here and had a table marker and no receipt waited for 25 min before another customer told me there a value meal in a Togo bag that was setting up there 15 when I ask for warmer fries cause they was cold cause my order wasn’t right the store manager act like I was lieing and treated like I was low class I doing look rich or something I wouldnt evem gave u a one star cause this store doesn’t deserve even be open
