Ordered on the mobile app at 3:18pm labeled as a dine-in order. Went inside a minute later. Sat and waited till 3:35pm. Whole time they were just standing around laughing. Went up to see when my food would be ready. They had it bagged at the drive-thru. Had to tell them I got shakes so that I could get my shakes as well. The burgers were wrong. The food was cold. Really annoyed cause I had barely enough time to eat before going back to work. I wanted to sit and relax but don’t have time now.

This location is always having issues. Either they don’t have ice, certain drinks, ac is out, bad service, and stale food. Why build this new building and not keep it up to date. They are out of ice all the time. Why do I pay full price for bad food?

Wow, after sitting at drive thru and having no greeting, finally I said “hello?” and I received a super quiet hello back. I placed my order and heard a mumble, so I asked, “did you get that?” and the response was “yeah”. At the window I handed him cash, and when I received my change, he placed one bill at a time in my hand as he apparently was counting the amount in his head. No words came out of his mouth at all. At no time during my entire transaction did he tell me what my bill even was or what my change was at that! Not a single welcome, thank you, have a nice day, etc was said. Maybe he should either be re-trained on customer service or a different job. I love Wendy’s but that literally made me not want to go back there ever.

Awful, awful, awful service!! I love Wendy’s. Baconator is my favorite. Cashier was slouchy, huffing and puffing. When he finally got my drink right he sat it on counter and it fell over pouring out he did nothing. I cleaned it up myself!! Waited 15mins for one meal and kids meal. Unsatisfied customer!

French fry’s stale fryer oil, couldn’t be bothered to fill, frostys not small amount but used med sized cup ( out of sm cups) always issues these days. Manger was just rude.

Employee in back was reaching into the basket of the fresh fries and eating them in view of everyone, continuously. It wasn’t one or two, he was grabbing a handful each time. The bathroom was filthy, our food was cold, and the burgers were barely in their wrappers. Never eating here again. It’s a newer place and somewhat clean in the dining area, but everything else was just not good. We were looking for a “Hot and juicy”, but got served cold and dry.
