If you’re a delivery person expect to wait awhile for your order, because they make it when you arrive, its not already made.
If you’re an inpatient person this is not the food place for you and would not recommend, as you could be sitting in the drive through for more than 10 minutes since the lobby is closed especially at night. The food has always been fresh and my favorite items is fries with a side of cheese. If you’re a cheesy person like me make sure to order 2 cheese sauce as a side. Its small in size and 1 is not enough for a large fry. I also recommend the Oreo brownie twists preferably the vanilla version. This location also will close before the location signage time. If you need to oder via door dash or Uber eats. I recommend no later than 10:30pm instead of 5 minutes before they close.
At night after 10pm items are guaranteed to not be available. Please make sure if you’re getting your food delivered from this location, be prepared to let your driver know what replacements you would like. I just had an experience while doing door dash. The customer would not answer the phone and would not respond to text messages either. Unfortunately this affects times, burns up gas, and holds up other customers. Patience is key for all customers and delivery picks.
The food was good. The chicken sandwiches were not fresh (it was hard), but my son was so hungry he ate his. I took mine back into the restaurant and they fixed it without hesitation and apologized. I disposed of it inside the location. I got my new fresh chicken sandwich and it was delicious.
The lobby area was not open to the public, I saw they were short staffed and had help from another location. With the shortage they still did an excellent job and were all friendly while doing it.
My one suggestion would be to ensure everyone handling food wear their gloves and change them out whenever you touch anything else other than food.
The cashier was really friendly and engaging. Really nice and delightful. We ordered a combo meal and an additional large Sweet Tea. Food was correct, hot and fresh. Given some of the experiences I have had lately at fast food drive thru’s, this has been a challenge! Estatic to see that hey nailed it!
A great experience.
The food is not very good. The service is slow and very unprofessional.
They close the dining room frequently.
The really need to do better. Very disappointing..
I also ordered the saucy garlic parm nuggets and they weren’t exactly what I would call saucy since they were dry on the top halves, but I personally would not recommend that flavor since it just tasted like extra oily nuggets, also not spicy at all if you are hoping for heat.
That was a mistake. I waited patiently for my food while watching five other customers, all of whom ordered after me, get their meals first. After about 15 minutes of being completely ignored, I went up to the counter to ask about my order. One of the workers casually responded, “Alright, we’ll start making it,” like I was the one who needed to remind them to do their jobs. No apology, no urgency—just an indifferent attitude that made it clear customer service was the last thing on their minds.
Eventually, my food came out, but even that wasn’t right. I specifically asked for my order to go, but they handed it to me on a tray like I planned to dine in. I politely reminded them that it was supposed to be bagged, and instead of correcting the mistake, the manager—yes, the manager—walked over, threw a bag onto the tray, and walked away. I was literally left to bag my own food. Not only was that unprofessional, it was downright disrespectful.
It’s one thing for a fast food place to be understaffed or backed up during a rush. It’s another thing entirely for the staff, especially the manager, to act like customers are an inconvenience. I’ve never felt so unwelcome or unappreciated spending money somewhere. Fast food doesn’t have to be fancy, but basic respect and effort should still be the standard.
If you’re thinking about stopping at this Wendy’s, I’d highly recommend going literally anywhere else. I’ll never return to this location, and I hope management seriously reevaluates how they’re running this place.
