Cute sandwich shop in the downtown area of lakeland. Service was great and food came out quickly. I enjoyed the frozen mocha and a egg bacon and cheese sandwich on cuban bread. They do have other bread choices. There are a smaller shop some places to sit inside and outside.

Divicious is a gem in downtown Lakeland! Good food, good coffee…. guava pastelitos/pastelillos freshly made…. breakfast made with wholesome ingredients… Cuban bread… sandwiches and deli salads… new delicious and irresistible treats every time we visit! But, the best part of this place is their people!!!! Yohansi is a very special business owner who, along with her staff, make everyone feel right at home. The music, the ambiance, the sound of the coffee machine brewing and frothing….. come in as a new customer and leave as family. You won’t regret it!

I enjoyed the Cuban and my husband had a London broiled roast beef sandwich. We also shared a butterscotch Carmel latte. Everything was so fresh and delicious and the staff was so kind and helpful. Definitely will be returning.

This cafe is very unassuming from the outside- it’s super easy to miss or overlook, especially being on the corner of downtown amidst so many other restaurant & coffee options. But don’t be mistaken- if you pass by Divicious and don’t try it you have stepped in the wrong.
It’s a small shop so it can get a little loud when things are bustling. But it’s worth it to grab a breakfast sandwich, deli sandwich, or yummy pastry.
Their breakfast bagels sandwiches are just lovely. They’re so simple but that’s what makes them so good. If you like avocado, I’d also ask for that on your sandwich.
One of the best parts are the prices- they can’t be beat. For 2 sandwiches & a pastry it’s $12. Insane! Divine! Divicious!

First time visiting and the food was so delicious. I’m a huge fan of breakfast all day and Divicious had so many options. We did a chicken salad sandwich, home fries, guava pastry, and meat lovers wrap. We could not stop talking about it all day long. So glad we found this place with some of our favorite latin flavors. All staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We’ll be regulars here moving forward!

I’ve always seen this place busy and packed so I was scared to go in. Today, I finally decided to go in and I have no regrets! They have the most amazing sandwiches. They carry a lot of options! Best part is they serve breakfast all day! I had a Cuban and it was SUPER good! The mocha frozen was delicious! If you’re looking for pastries, they have the BEST guava and cheese! All the workers were super sweet and the place all together had positive vibes. The service was very quick as well! If you’re a local or Lakeland, I would suggest this place! It’s family friendly.

I absolutely love this place. It’s an all women run staff. The owner Yohansi is such a beautiful soul. I’ve been coming to this establishment since I was pregnant with my now 6 year old. It’s always been great service, an amazing cup of Café Con Leche and a welcoming atmosphere. They are very reasonably priced. It’s a no-brainer to stop here every morning to get my day doing.

The worst Cuban Sandwich I ever had in my whole life! My sandwich only had one slice of ham, two thin slices of pork, the Swiss cheese if it was there I couldn’t even taste it and the bread plus it was 6 inches long sandwich very small sandwich for the price!!! Coffee wasn’t that good either! I had bought Cuban sandwiches in other places for the same price and I had to safe one half because I got full
