Employees are always outside in the parking lot. Anytime my husband and I go to the drive thru, they tell us they are either out of whatever we try to order or that for some other reason they can’t take our order. On the rare occasion they can take our order, there is a 90% chance it will be wrong. I don’t know how they can stay open at this point. I never see anyone able to complete their order in the drive thru, they end up having to drive away.

I Waited at the drive thru speaker for 10 minutes and no one was in front of me and no one took my order, this was a Saturday at 5:00pm. When no one answered I went to the window where several employees looked at me and never came to the window and I waited for an additional 5 minutes and still did not get my order taken. I’m pregnant and my sugar was dropping needless to say I’m not normally a “Karen” but new employees need to be hired or some better training. I left with out any good

Very, very ,very slow service. Waited in the parking lot for literally 25 minutes for a baked potato. Meanwhile my burger got cold. Ended up getting a refund inside. Lobby was embarrassingly dirty. The cars behind me didn’t move for nearly 30 minutes in the drive thru. DONT GO TO THAT LOCATION. If you do get your food quickly, it’s WRONG.

Guess I’m a glutton for punishment, because I’ve given them about 12 tries at all different times of the day. Each time it was the same story: 1) wait about 10 minutes alto have my order taken at the drive through 2) wait another 20 minutes to get to the window 3) the smell of weed hits you like a ton of bricks (if you go there late night) 4) my order is wrong 5) they give some lame excuse as to why it took so long 6) tired of waiting, I just go home and eat it…

Wait at drive through was excessive but moving … food was cold which after waiting in line in very frustrating… service people were complaining about their days … surprised with this from a Wendy’s they are normally always pleasant and food always fresh … need better management I guess … disappointed

Another sad example of how quickly the fast food industry has fallen. The food is decent if you are willing to wait long enough to get it. I went here one evening after 9 p.m. and waited ten minutes in the drive thru before someone even took my order. Then, it was another ten minutes just to get the food. There is no such thing as fast food anymore. Chains cannot get quality employees who are willing to work for a living. And you wind up spending the same amount of money here as you would at some of the cheaper sit down restaurants. Why give your hard earned money to some corporation that couldn’t care less about you?

This place is an absolute disaster. No organization. The employees have terrible attitudes and there is zero sense of urgency. I ordered my food 15 minutes ahead because I was in a hurry and still had to wait over 30 minutes once I got there for them to even make my food. Don’t waste your time going here until they get a team that actually cares. If I could give it zero stars I would.

the dirtiest Wendy’s I’ve ever seen. The tables, seats and floor are so sticky, I think they have never been washed. The bathrooms are dirty and not supplied. The place is freezing cold inside but you can’t sit outside because the employees use that as their break room. They need to get warm so they turn on the outside heaters. It’s also their smoking lounge even though there are no smoking signs posted. The burger meat is spoiled to the point of smelling bad. Then it’s left to sit around after cooking before the burgers are made. The burgers are over sauced. Don’t ever go here. I haven’t gotten sick yet but I can feel it coming on.

The female manager is the worst I’ve seen in a long time. The food is cold and the seating area is never cleaned. They never get the order right. I have started driving to Wilmington if I get Wendy’s’. Poor management and terrible service. Avoid this place if you can.

OMG!!! This Wendy’s is definitely a step above the others. It has all the updates you could need in a fast food joint . Oh one of the coolest things was the touch less drink machine , always a game changer to stay safe these days. And yes they have deliver..
