Slow slow slow!!!! Watched number of people walked out on their food cause I’m sure they were on Lunch break and most people only have 30 minutes to get lunch!!! It took me and my buddy almost a hour to get our food!!! Which was cold and had no soft drinks and nothing worked!!!!! Needs a new owner and people who want to work. Or this place needs to be closed down!!!!! Honestly won’t be back and should not Even get a one star!!!!! Hampstead Wendy’s is the place to go!!!! Leland Wendy’s is a horrible nasty place!!!!!

Food was cold, service was nonexistent, tables were all nasty. We went inside and placed our order at the kiosk like the taped up signed instructed. Nobody was up front. One person was cooking and one person was at drive thru window. Yet when we left, there was FOUR staff, including the MANAGER, outside smoking and chatting. We will NEVER EVER be back.

I was trying to get breakfast and the computer system was booting back up the girl told me to pull forward and they would come write my order down waited five minutes no one ever came but the car behind me got there food I will never eat or dine there again with the how I was forgot about on purpose. Management you need to get it together and get employees that want to actually take care of customers and not purposely forget about them.

Well, all the exterior lights were off, so I called to ask if they were open, and they said yes. I pulled up to the window since the menu board was off. I order 2 Frostys, paid the Manager, just for him to realize he just cleaned out the machines. He also seemed surprised the lights were off. They’re supposed to be open 3 more hours at that time, so maybe don’t go here after 9pm? Weirdest fast food experience so far… BK got my money tonight

This place is hands down a joke! Never will I ever be back and wendy’s is my fav fast food. The owner needs to take notes from the hampstead location. This location is nasty. Food was cold. The wait was almost half hr. Not one drink in the auto refill machine worked. The bathrooms were disgusting. And this is a shame to see…. This location could rock and make some serious cash flow.

The last few times I have been through the drive-thru, there has been a young lady taking the payment at the first window that is SO nice! She was pleasant and smiling each time I came through and that really made a great impression on me and my family. She’s awesome and adds a very nice personality to the drive-thru!!!

If the dining area is closed door signage or updated info online would be great so as to not waste time. We were driving through on a trip and went out of our way to Wendy’s versus other places but ended up elsewhere. {visit 11:30a}

The strangest thing , just went thru drive through and ordered 5 items but at the window they only gave me 1 and said they only heard one but that’s impossible because we went over all of them twice . The manager with an attitude said you will have to go around again if you want the other 4 items . My husband tried to actually go inside and they said you can’t order inside , what ??? I am def calling mgm on this location Monday . This is far from acceptable and actually pretty unbelievable that the service and confusion was so much !!

I ordered online for the Leland location today and somehow it switched to the whiteville location and when I got there they didn’t have my order….bummer and I was on my 30 minute lunch but the crew was amazing and helped me get my mess of an order situated so that I was able to eat.
