Italian chain eatery featuring Chicago-style deep-dish pizza, plus pasta & sandwiches.
First time here the other week and it was good! Ordered online for pickup. When arriving, we waited maybe 10 minutes for someone to show up to the counter. I think she said she was in the back or something. She was friendly. They were out of the salad we ordered and instead of picking something else on then menu she said she could put the credit on our account. We agreed. Not sure where that exists exactly but forgot to ask….
Being a Chicago girl, I love me some Rosati’s pizza! My family loves the thin crust cheese w/pepperoni and gluten free veggie w/sausage. This location is bright & clean inside with easy pick up or delivery!
just got a pizza for pick up, ordered the cheese, sausage, onion and pepper and took a couple of bites and put it out for garbage..the sausage walked thru it omg really for the price?
I placed a $100 ($120 with tip) order at 6:00 pm. The estimated delivery time was 7:15. By 7:45, nothing had arrived. I called the restaurant and was told the driver left over one-half hour before and they had no idea where she was. They suggested that I continue to wait. I called back 15 minutes later and was told they couldn’t reach their driver. They again suggested that I wait and reluctantly started to re-make the order. About 10 minutes later the original order arrived. The food was cold and both pizzas looked like they had been dropped. One item was missing. I again called the restaurant and was told that I should be happy it was delivered. A little bit later, the re-made order arrived, hot and fresh, but by this time it was close to 9:00. The second driver was apologetic, courteous and respectful. I sent the destroyed pizzas back with him. Eventually, someone from the restaurant called to offer a $10 in store credit that I’m unlikely to ever use. Overall bad experience.
Beyond good calzones. They take a little longer, but they absolutely know what they are doing. First time here, definitely will not be the last.
We ordered from this location for the first time last night and thought it was spectacular. The crust was thin & crispy, sauce was delicious, veggies were fresh, cheese cooked golden brown. I’ve been a Rosati’s fan for many years and this location is as good as the founder and his sons did it back in the Chicago area. Welcome to the neighborhood!
This pizza is so good that it rivaled my favorite pizza place from childhood! Pizza was delivered hot and the toppings were absolutely delicious. The thin crust was crisp and delicious as well. So glad we found this restaurant! We will be frequent customers.
The double dough fab 4 on half and pepperoni on half had very little sauce and a sweet taste on fab 4 half. Adding garlic salt didn’t kill the sweet taste. Prefer other locations better. But, quick prep and door dash delivered hot.
DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM HERE Why would you accept an order and never deliver? $90 down the drain and no response to calls or emails? Abysmal customer service
Very good. Had thin crust sausage and pepperoni and side salads with sweet italian dressing. Compares to NW Indiana rosatis.
