I have tried the freddys in Daphne and Mobile but this one in Saraland ? by far the best one out of all of them. Restaurant was super clean, had very friendly staff and quick service. The cashiers were the best, he was very helpful and made sure I wanted everything on my burger, we even had a little conversation! Cashiers at the other locations dont be as energetic but its okay. I would definitely recommend this location over any though 20/10

Food is ok. Fast. Couldn’t find a clean table and no one wiped a single table while we were there. Trash and ketchup on floor in multiple places. No one swept or mopped. The drink machine was literally piled with ice across the drain (which was noted as not working). No one tried to remove it. Workers standing around. Not that busy.

It was about 810 pm and I ordered custard, one young man took my order while the other made my custard. Before I could even find a seat to wait for the custard, the young man that was making the ice cream was already done and brought me my order without me having to get up! It took a total of about a minute and a half and I absolutely love that, it made me very happy that my custard was made quickly and I didnt have to leave my seat. They were very respectful and the custard was very delicious, and place was very clean. Didnt have any problems will definitely recommend to family and friends 10/10 very satisfied 🙂

Upon arrival, I noticed that the floor was smudged with grey, brown, and black marks clearly defining the customers path to the register and back outside. Took my first bite and crunch and I almost put it out bc the lettuce was SOUR and almost tasted like the garbage truck smells. So bc I had to return to work, I knocked off the lettuce that had quickly become a brown soggy funk on my taco as best I could. The rest of it was mediocre at best bc all I could taste is the garbage truck juice left over on my burger taco that I drive across town an to try out for the first time. Tables could have been cleaner. That’s the only bad thing. Wait, nope, the parking lot was designed by aliens. It’s a disaster. You’ll see. Don’t bring trailer. Bathroom clean but out of paper towels.

Support a military veteran, Freddy, with a great idea for good food and custard ! This as close 2nd to In and Out! I had the grilled chicken sandwich with cheese curds. !!! Delicious so many cheese curds I had to take half of them to go ! My husband ordered the steak burger and thought my chicken sandwich was great! It was a little salty but I would order this 100 times again!

Freddys has some of the best food in Saraland( in my personal opinion that is). The service is alright. The wasn’t necessary unfriendly, but they weren’t exactly friendly either. The food did come exceedingly quick though. The atmosphere is fine, just not good, not bad. Over all, this is one of my favorite places to eat.

We had a youth group camp at the University of Mobile. We rewarded them for good behavior with frozen custard. It was close to closing time but Cindy welcomed us in for frozen treats. We really appreciated her hospitality!
