I visit this location for the first time yesterday. I never knew it was there. So glad my friend treated me there. I had the absolutely best experience. I was using the coupon and told the cashier I needed help getting best deals with my purchases. The cashier was over the top helpful. I love her customer service skills. I had never purchased the lemonade drinks before. Asked her recommendations and she suggested the blue berry drink. It was awesome. My food was hot and very good. I’m surprised this location has such a low rating. I use to go to the Wendy’s on opposite end of Albemarle Rd next to Sherwin Williams but stop because of too many consistent rudeness. I will be coming to this new location. Curious how long it’s been there. I wished I had looked at the cashier badge who served me. She was excellent. I actually think she was the manager.

Wendy’s still makes a good burger, and the biggie bag is a good value. And its nice to be able to order from a person rather than a screen. Clean fast and tasty. It ain’t upscale but neither am I.

This Wendy’s is one of the nicest that I’ve ever been in. Parking lot was clean area outside as clean as well. Inside a spotless. I noticed that outside the bathroom is an area where you can wash your hands which makes sense because after you wash your hands, and most Wendy’s, they only have the air dryer and you have to use your hands to open the door which is kind of gross. The staff is very friendly and very professional. All the food was hot and made to order.

You guys should fix your hours on the app. On 4/21/23 I ordered on the app at 10:17 pm, The app said carryout closes at 11:00pm. I live right next door so I wasn’t going to drive across the parking lot. I called to find out that it closed at 10pm. I was told to go thru the drive-thru. But you guys canceled my order from what the app said. I will be looking for my refund. Please try to be more pleasant when answering the phone for your hours don’t match the app so it not my fault. Thanks
