Slowest fast food restaurant ever & very disorganized during the evening shift. Several customers, including me, waited 20min. for their orders & completely lost one customer’s order. Fries were cold on top of it. Will not go there for lunch ever again.

We were going to go through the drive thru but there was a man sitting on the curb at the drive thru window so nobody could go through. You would think Wendy’s would tell him to move, but they didn’t. So we went inside and ordered our food and about 20 minutes later, we got it. There was nobody in front of us so I don’t know what took so long and there was no one in the drive through. I would not recommend this place.

Third in a line of seven watching three employees argue about whose turn it is to run the front register. After about ten minutes one employee finally made the move to come to the front and take orders. She really was not happy having to take orders. Took almost ten minutes after they took the orders to get the food out. The first person to get their food after ten minutes wasn’t even in the initial line… The whole time I’m standing here waiting there’s an employee in the back complaining loudly about some absolute non sense. The woman at the front was a real ghoul. Just anti customer service. Food was alright I guess but gd put some effort into your job or quit.

Did DoorDash order for burgers without cheese. Receipt clearly showed that was the order. Burgers came with cheese. Because of milk allergy couldn’t eat them. Because the wait was so long just drove there to fix. Unfortunately they closed at least an hour before time posted on store window. Fortunately got a refund through DoorDash. They need to be more careful with following the orders.
