Months ago, I got food poisoning here. No big deal, it was one time out of the dozens of times I’ve ate here. The big issue was recent. I placed a mobile order. It went through, took my money. I got there, it was entirely closed. I understand most places have been closed recently due to the weather, but every other place turns off their mobile ordering. $20 gone, never got my food. I’ve contacted customer service 5 times. Only heard back once, they credited $25 worth of coupons to my rewards account. And then they took the credit away an hour later! It’s been over a week and I still haven’t received a refund or heard back from anybody.

Replace an online order, and it took us about 15 minutes to get to the restaurant. When we got there there was one car in front of us in the Drive-Thru line, and when we got to the window they asked us to pull forward. We had to wait about 20 minutes before our food came out. And then part of the order was wrong. I understand this may be teething problems with a new restaurant, but it really needs to be worked out.

Rude manager who hates her job. Sharnell (manager) charged me $7 for bacon. She saw me looking at my receipt and opened the window and asked “what’s the problem??” and when I said I didn’t want that much she huffed at me and rolled her eyes. She said “but that’s whatchu said!”. I said “no, I only wanted one”. I saw the attitude huff and I just said “never mind , it’s obviously too much trouble for you” and drove away. I felt like a burden giving them business and I paid $18 for 4 patties just the meat. And it ended up being only a single order of bacon but for some reason I was charged for 4. I get mistakes happen, but don’t act like a child. I’ll never go back.

Have visited this location for drive-through service a hundred times in the past six years. The staff’s always friendly, & the order is always correct.
Recently, the last few times we’ve picked up food, Larry has assisted us at the window.

I am absolutely disgusted and disappointed with Wendy’s in general. I have been a loyal customer until today, I received a jr cb deluxe with brown, wilted shredded lettuce. Really??? Y’all actually sat down and thought that was a good idea??? Not to mention my fires were old and cold. So disappointed

I placed a mobile order and the order was complete messed up. I didn’t get the correct sandwich and I asked for no onions and no pickles on another sandwich and they were still on the sandwich. There seemed to be a lot of confusion at the drive thru window. I was on my lunch break and had to be back to work so I wasn’t able to go back and get the order corrected.

I don’t know what’s going on here. They had 5 people in by the drive thru. I ordered 5 min before driving up. 1150a. One car in front of me. Took literally 4 min to order. Parking lot relatively empty. No one else in drive thru. They move up. I give my mobile order info. The guy in front waits like 4 more minutes. Then I move up. Just a Dave classic combo, nothing special. I sit. They are standing switching spots, drink is there in the window. 2 min later they hand it out. Another 3 or 4 min the bag is there. Nothing… After another 2 min someone comes over to the computer. Another 2 min later they hand me the food. Burger and fries are both cold. What?

Very pregnant and very hungry came to this location for fries and ginger ale. I did a mobile order to run in use the bathroom and run out. Despite no customers and only 3 on the drive thru line, it took 20 minutes for fries and a cup. Well staffed however no one seems to be working. I assume it was a manager chatting with other employers who were off, he had a different shirt on. Instead of encouraging the staff to work he chit chatted with staff and staff that were coming in for their shift. The staff appears very young maybe hs or college. They were pleasant when they spoke but customer service training is much needed.
