We have a new FAVORITE restaurant in Asbury Park! We were overwhelmed by the quality of the food we ate. I had a pinsa that was amazing – reminiscent of the south of France. My husband had a gnocchi that was gluten free – perfectly prepared and maybe the best light tomato sauce we have ever tasted! The service was excellent. We sat outside – but the inside looks so charming and fun! Can’t wait to go back for our next meal (Memorial Day Weekend – reserved a table already!) and also for brunch – that menu looks great as well!

We had an excellent breakfast and service from our waiter, Dan, at Dolce. We arrived early, at 9 a.m., and were the first customers of the day. The eggs Benedict with salmon, served in a warm croissant with a bright sauce was excellent as were the sweet croissants we had—chocolate, Nutella, and pistachio, of which our favorite was the pistachio. The coffee was excellent, too, and the tableware very attractive. The chef adds no additional salt to recipes, which is a healthful decision we appreciated. The ingredients all tasted fresh. Dolce is a welcome addition and brings variety to the breakfast/brunch scene on Cookman. We recommend it.

Not a lot of breakfast spots open in AP area on Wednesday’s. So grateful for that because we stumbled upon Fantasia. Service, coffee, & food were phenomenal. Highly recommend the French toast & frittata! Try a cornetto!

This new Asbury Park restaurant is amazing. Authentic Italian food (and a hint of French technique), delicious and uncompromising. The interior vibe is true European eatery, not an affectation. We had dinner and will be back for brunch and breakfast. BYOB

I had their short rib special. It was fantastic! The sauce was rich in the way that you can only get from cooking it for hours and I never touched a knife the whole meal. The short rib could be pulled apart with just a fork!

We had Sunday brunch at Dolce Fantasia and were wonderfully surprised. Fresh, warm chocolate croissants out of the oven and eggs Benedict with lox and the best Italian coffee. You can’t miss at this delightful addition to Asbury Park.

I have to say, it’s very hard to find GOOD Italian food in nj. This place not only hits the spot but has fantastic location, seating, service, and food. I can’t even begin to mention the names of food we had but I can say from the apps to the dinner it was perfect. The service was excellent, food came out in a timely fashion, no rush! Clean and beautiful place and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I will go further to say I have been to DF in Staten Island and I have the same opinion! Great job guys and keep up the good work as I will be back at both places soon!

What a surprise to have such a great restaurant within a few blocks of where I live! I’ve been there 4x in the last month and each new menu item I’ve tried has been a wonderful experience. So far, I’ve had the Spaghetti Bolognese, Lasagna, Angus Burger (shockingly great, incl. the fries) and this morning, the Steak and Poached Egg on Croissant for brunch. I love how it’s bright, warm and comfortable in there and the staff is always friendly and welcoming, and very knowledgeable about their menu. You’ll love this restaurant!
