Are they not required to wear gloves anymore? None of them wear gloves. Watched a lady make my 10 pc nuggets with nuggets falling on the counter, and she was picking them back up and putting them in my bag. I asked her for fresh nuggets and she got an attitude. This place is gross. Didn’t give me one of my sauces I paid for. Also got a cold brew that tasted like a cup of cream. Heard them tell the next person they were out of coffee. They need to be shut down and I will be calling corporate.

The staff is not prepared by opening time and ignores the drive thru when I go for breakfast. I specifically go to this location for the breakfast. Today, tired of waiting for no response at the speaker, I drove to the window and knocked to get assistance. She said it was her headset , but this happens regularly!

Ordered a medium fry and received a kids meal size of old cold fries. The guy on the intercom was real nice but he had a really strong accent. Probably why we got a kids fry instead of an adult medium fry. I speak several languages but when there’s a barrier with languages that I don’t understand that’s when orders are wrong. He didn’t give us a receipt either so we couldn’t dispute while we were at the restaurant location. Hope things get better. I just eat these 10 fries and move on.

SOPHIA and CARLOS Both had a nasty attitude because online there is a party pack but doesn’t show how many nuggets are in the pack. My assumption was that it was 20 nuggets like all other Wendy’s I’ve been to for my three small kids. Sophia was very rude and so was Carlos in a very aggressive manner.

I asked why I had to wait for an online order and she said we don’t just have 50 nuggets laying around. Smart mouth and still doesn’t make sense it wasn’t prepared when we pulled up as the order was placed 15 mins prior to our arrival. The line was clear and they pulled us up to fry the 50 nuggets.

Sophia called Dolse’ and she stated I had to cancel the order on the app which is fine but there was no option so she basically said there was nothing they could do and she knows nothing about the online system. It puzzled me the GM didnt know about a system that’s used everyday in their restaurant. Although it may be done through a third party or they may not manage that system she and her staff should have some knowledge of the BASICS.

Lastly there was a kid sitting in the restaurant while their parent was working. Very unprofessional place and I should have just spent a bit more and ditched the fast food. Do BETTER

If you have another option to eat, TAKE IT. and if you want Wendy’s, I would find another location. I waited in the lobby for at least a minute before one of the 5 people that were standing there behind the counter greeted me. Then, I tried to use the coupons I had for two different orders and I was told one coupon per customer, WHICH, I would certainly understand if it were busy, HOWEVER, there was no one at the drive through and one customer sitting in the restaurant and no one on line. If the owner would prefer to make less sales and be a stickler with the one coupon per customer, than that’s fine. Ill take my money and go elsewhere. I did end up using the one coupon, but this location will not get any more of my money. Owners… if I were you I would retrain team on service and rethink the one coupon per customer deal if that customer has multiple orders. I had 3 orders, that would have been a little over $35.00. Instead, you got 10. Oh well, your loss.

the guy who checked me & my boyfriend out was rude. he was inattentive, walked away without giving us our receipt, & overall had bad service. the two drink machines barely had any choices for a machine with the whole point of being having options?? the employees were talking loudly, one on the phone. the only good part was the hot fries. save your money.

I ordered the BOGO Maple Chicken Croissant and seasoned potatoes, and the chicken according to what was on the Uber eats site is grilled chicken. I received a pitiful looking old fried chicken no bacon, and somehow on the receipt it says No bacon and I didn’t choose that! The potatoes were old and iced cold! I wasted $11.37 because I had to throw away everything! I will Never order from Wendy’s again; I should’ve ordered McDonald’s like I started to do!!

The staff was very kind. The service was quite quick. The food was wonderful, and the interior dining room is always clean when I visit. The food is usually hot, especially my favorite meal, Baconator Fries! I strongly recommend Wendy’s.

This morning, I made a quick stop at Wendy’s to grab an egg and cheese biscuit along with a much-needed cup of coffee. Despite repeating my coffee request three times, my order arrived without the caffeine boost I had been counting on. I had to ask again and wait for it to be added. Unfortunately, my breakfast turned out to be a letdown. By the time I arrived at my office just five minutes later, the biscuit was burnt beyond recognition, almost as if it had been microwaved for too long. To top it off, I couldn’t even return it as I had no receipt for my purchase. Needless to say, I was thoroughly disappointed by my experience.
