We come to Waco a lot and have never been here. Big mistake. We always look for something with ambiance and good food, and this hits both.
Sitting right on the river with tons of deck space to enjoy the outside.
Diane had a piece of “The Butcher” pizza and a “small ” salad. The crust was flavorful and cooked absolutely perfectly. She had asked for crispy but not burnt and they were able to get it just at that combination.
The “small” salad was huge and crispy.
I had the 12 wings dry with sauce on the side. I don’t know how they get that great color on them but they were also cooked just right.
The service from all the staff we encountered was friendly and helpful.
The 5 stars are for the combination of price, service and atmosphere. This is a great place to have it all for a reasonable price.
Highly recommended two thumbs-up

The pulled pork pizza was not as we anticipated. Way too many pickles and chilis and way not enough pulled pork. And the bbq sauce was slobbered on too heavy. One usually adds the sauce to individual liking after being served.
The outside seating however was outstanding, except for the annoying grackle that was eyeballing our food.

The space is quite large, and you can sit by the river and enjoy your meal while looking outside. However, it might feel a bit hot in the summer. In October, it seems like it would be really beautiful. Since they also serve beer, it looks like a great place for those who want to enjoy a drink in a nice atmosphere.
The pizza is really delicious, and the food prices are very competitive. Because it’s a quiet location, it also feels healing.
The service of bringing the food to the table is good.
You can also pack any leftover pizza using the boxes provided at the designated spot.

The pizza and macaroni bites were delicious. The atmosphere is nice, especially the outdoor patio that overlooks the lake and park. Very relaxing. They do have a bar but it’s cut off from the rest of the restaurant so you don’t have to worry about shenanigans.

Good food…Moldy tables. The pizza was fresh and cheesy and real good tasting. I would not call that New York flavor but a good flavor. I felt like we waited a bit long but there was a lot of people on a Sunday at lunch time so that is to be expected. We sat outside and the view is spectacular but the outside tables are nasty and almost all of them with mold growing on them. The tables look awful and yucky even after been wiped. There is no wiping that will clean those tables, they need to be refurbished. The finishing is old and porous so mold grows and there is no deep cleaning taking place. I think that is in part because all of the humidity from being next to the river. They need a maintenance plan.
By the time we got the food it was a bit hard to enjoy because I had so much time to look at the moldy tables and think about how I was going to grab pizza after touching the table w my hands. Thank God for hand sanitizer. The tables inside the restaurant looked nice and clean.

Delicious pizza! We’re visiting from Houston, found this place based on reviews and it didn’t disappoint! The pizza had nice flavor – reminds me of a true NY pizza, both in flavor and thickness. It’s also nice being able to sit outside by the water.

We came as a family of 8 order a 20 inch pizza. I been here over an hour. Complained and the manager is just making my pizza 5:15 it’s now 6:20 I’m still waiting. Short staff for sure. Literally refunded and im still here at 630pm. Omg I’m dissatisfied as a customer

We joined our sister-in-law from out of town at this location and it was phenomenal! The whole place is decorated so cute, the food was out of this world and the customer service was epic! We got the Texas Gold Pizza and I think it was called a supreme or whatever the supreme is. I’m telling you that both pizzas were impressive. Truly fresh ingredients piping hot when it arrived and didn’t take them too long to make. Plus getting to sit by the river while you eat such a delicious pizza with family was it true treat!

We ordered ahead of coming and then got there when pizza was ready. About 30 minutes on a Friday evening. Lots of seating available out on the deck overlooking the river. Live music and a fun atmosphere. We had a party of 8 (including 4 kids).
