I ordered the BOGO Maple Chicken Croissant and seasoned potatoes, and the chicken according to what was on the Uber eats site is grilled chicken. I received a pitiful looking old fried chicken no bacon, and somehow on the receipt it says No bacon and I didn’t choose that! The potatoes were old and iced cold! I wasted $11.37 because I had to throw away everything! I will Never order from Wendy’s again; I should’ve ordered McDonald’s like I started to do!!

This been my favorite place since the jr. bacon Cheeseburger has been in foil (that’s how old I am lol) with the biggie size. Food was great and it’s my kids favorite when it comes to eating out.

This morning, I made a quick stop at Wendy’s to grab an egg and cheese biscuit along with a much-needed cup of coffee. Despite repeating my coffee request three times, my order arrived without the caffeine boost I had been counting on. I had to ask again and wait for it to be added. Unfortunately, my breakfast turned out to be a letdown. By the time I arrived at my office just five minutes later, the biscuit was burnt beyond recognition, almost as if it had been microwaved for too long. To top it off, I couldn’t even return it as I had no receipt for my purchase. Needless to say, I was thoroughly disappointed by my experience.

Sign outside says the dining room opens at 9…. So I walked over for breakfast after ordering on app and dine in was closed. Since I didn’t drive I had to walk to drive thru and the lady said dine in opens at 10:30. That’s not what the app, google, nor the sign outside your door says.

The staff was very kind. The service was quite quick. The food was wonderful, and the interior dining room is always clean when I visit. The food is usually hot, especially my favorite meal, Baconator Fries! I strongly recommend Wendy’s.

I get a spicy chicken sandwich I always ask for it to be made fresh and they were extremely nice and cool about it. But a couple of employees were touching food without gloves the rest did have on gloves. They could probably see my face expressions the whole time I was watching to make sure my food was handled correctly and they had on gloves. Because you never know how many time people wash or don’t wash their hands. And that’s the reason I always go inside. But the ones that were touching the food with their raw hands we’re serving customers at the drive thru and they were on their phones touching money etc. but besides that everything else was good

the guy who checked me & my boyfriend out was rude. he was inattentive, walked away without giving us our receipt, & overall had bad service. the two drink machines barely had any choices for a machine with the whole point of being having options?? the employees were talking loudly, one on the phone. the only good part was the hot fries. save your money.

Would rate a Zero but not an option. Walk in to eat in and stand at the register and it takes 5-10 mins before we even get greeted even though there are 6 employees around that see us. We finally get to place our order and after my gf places her order the lady taking our order decides to help a little more prepping food for the drive thru. She excused herself which is fine but obviously we’re not priority. I finally place my order and when we are done I go to pay and she forgot to press the pay button so I’m waiting again because she disappeared to food prep again and I tell one of the employees he looked right at me and ignored me. So in response since we didn’t pay we walked out. DONT EAT HERE!!!!

The service is excellent and one of the best branches of Wendy’s in north carolina. The drive-thru is quick and the workers are very nice and humble. Always ready and on time. I strongly recommend this branch.
