Wouldn’t hardly speak, makes you pull down to wait on things that’s probably already ready because food sure as hell was not hot. Then get home to missing food that was paid for. Wrong sauces in the bag. Looks to me like they’ve hired the same staff that shut the Burger King down.

The only good thing is the burgers. The fries were greasy, mushy, and they look like they have little black flex on them and tasted like they were cooked in old grease. And the service was awful. There was no greeting or anything. Instead of “Here is your food, have a good day!” They just handed it to me and said nothing. And I don’t eat inside Wendy’s anymore because it is dirty and you can feel the stains and old food. Is absolutely disgusting and rude. The only good things are the Frosty’s and the burgers.

Ordering was fast, Kiamni was quick and very friendly, whille I waited for my order I took a sip of the tea and realized it wasn’t very good at all. I’m not one to complain but kiamni noticed the tea wasn’t very good and steeped a new batch after letting me know he was doing so before my order was ready.

This place claims it’s “committed to serving you”, but this couldn’t be further from my experience today. I’m sitting in line, now for over 25 minutes (traffic behind me is backed up in the street). I finally got to the order window, but then I was asked to wait an additional minute. I thought this was fast food? After hearing someone fumble with the microphone, I finally was greeted and placed my order. I had questions about the items I was ordering because the menu isn’t illuminated properly. Who’s responsible for this facility? There is trash on the floor and MAYBE three associates working, but I can only see two. DO NOT COME HERE.

Let me tell you…This is the WORST experience I’ve EVER had with a fast food restaurant! The staff was so rude and short with me, interrupted me and I just didn’t like the experience.
