Went there for the first time this morning! It’s open 24 hours which is a bonus. There was only one man working there and he did a great job! It’s clear the other people in there were regulars by how comfortable they were with him and each other. I was sitting there thinking about who I could bring with me the next time I go! Not to mention the food was speedy, cooked perfectly, and delicious! (I had the omelet). Great place!

Our server name was Tonia. She was one of the best servers I had at this George Webb.
She was prompt and courteous. She knew the “regular” customers by name. If she had some idle time after taking orders and serving them. You could see her cleaning around the store. A good attitude towards her job and profession. The food was cooked very well but unfortunately I missed getting the cooks name. Prices were reasonable. Priced better than other fast food places. Please check this restaurant out.

Went halloween night. Server was a calming presence and cook created the most tantalizing cheesesteak sandwich I have ever tasted. Props to the duo that made my friend and I’s halloween one to remember!

Food was ok, the service was good and we didn’t wait long for the food to come. The price for what you get in my opinion is why we won’t go back $16 for 2 pancakes (not fully cooked), 2 eggs, 3 half size pieces of bacon and the smallest serving if hashbrowns I’ve ever seen it was literally 5 bites worth.

I met my current girlfriend at this location 18 years ago, and used to frequent here a lot before moving out of town. We stopped in after a concert in Milwaukee on Saturday and the food was honestly better than I remembered and we had a good conversation with the young man serving. If only Webbs could take root in Madison!

It wasn’t busy but somehow we ended up waiting a very long time for our food. The order was wrong (twice). Add this to the fact that one patron was hacking up a lung the entire time and another one was FACETIMING someone and using foul language around my kids Id say the atmosphere was poor.

I don’t know how this has good reviews. We’ve tried going a couple times. Once after a concert when there is one server and one cook- the server didn’t get to us for over an hour. You might ask, why did we wait?? Because we were hungry lol- we were there at 2 am after a concert. But he got us a soda and complained about being too busy the whole time. There were 5 people there.
Now today at 528 pm I got there to order food and the man yelled at me for being closed because he “had to clean” even though the sign said 6 pm. He yelled at customers before they walked in the door and then me after I had been sitting there for 5 minutes.
I’m sorry, we legit live 2 minutes down the road. But we can’t keep trying to go on the RANDOM days we decide to go and met with rude waiters who can’t manage taking care of customers well. Plus- being understaffed is crazy if that’s going to happen….
