Went inside and placed our order only to wait and get our food 25 minutes later. Food was cold! If it takes that long to come out, I’m expecting my food to be piping hot! Fast food joints are not the same anymore nor worth the money! Employees play around too much and don’t care about customer service. Inside was clean and bathrooms were decent and the older lady walking around the lobby was sweet as can be. That’s the only reason why I even gave a 1 star.

To the one who said “Waited in the drive thru for 5-10 mins at the intercom waiting for someone to take my order, I even said hello and no one responded so I drove up to the first window thinking something was wrong with the intercom and the lady at the window was rude and wouldn’t even take my order, all she said was that the intercom worked and to drive back around. I guess you have to wait for more than 10 minutes for someone to take your order which is ridiculous.”
I am one of the girls who works in that back window and I just want to say and make clear, if you do not pull up far enough at the speaker I will not be able to know that you are there and that is exactly what I tell everyone who just pulls up at my window after not hitting the speaker box until they pull up, and the type of person I am I match energy so I am only “rude” if you are rude towards me. Because at the end of the day you are the customer and I literally just work there, I just tell you what I am told to tell you because of the Wendys policy I can not take orders at the window you have to order at the speaker box.
Half the time people say any of us are rude it is because of the actions that you’ve done first hate to tell you the truth but that’s how it is, we don’t take disrespect lightly.
This is a smart ahh remark of mine but if you don’t know how to go through a drive through don’t do it at all just go inside before 8 me and the rest of the employees leave at 8 sometimes 9.
As an employee of this location I can even tell you myself I don’t even like the way this place is ran there is only 2 or 3 managers I like and 2 of them I don’t even ever work on their shift.
As a night shift worker I do say day shift is better but also doesn’t take disrespect lightly.

We love the Big Bacon Classic Combo and it’s no longer big nor fresh no matter the Wendy’s. What makes food and rating it as the best is the customer service like a lot of fast food favorites customer service is lacking to no fault of the fast food industry. Today’s experience was not the best but hoping for better service next time.

Update: next was better, no wait to a little wait, which was much better than day before.

Please check your food before leaving this location. The food is colder than the drinks. Nothing with this location after dark complies with the “Made Fresh” advertisement. Additionally, good luck complaining to the night manager. He only cares about flirting with the cashier, rather than listen to the complaints.
