This place is a hidden gem in the midst of the multitude of shopping centers. This place is a true food oasis for those looking for something savory and with a kick. The atmosphere is cute and the place totally has a cool hipster vibe to it. The food is phenomenal. We had the rainbow roll, pork buns and the seafood and tonkatsu ramens. All of it was super flavorfull and made with lots of love. I totally recommend this place for some Japanese food. Great service and great food.

Really nice restaurant. Lots of options from sushi to poke to ramen bowls. The monster roll was fine. Really liked the Philadelphia roll. The karaage dipping sauce was really good. Service was fast. My waitress was really nice. Checked on me multiple times. I would eat here again.

We discovered Hokkaido Ramen & Sushi through a quick search on Google Maps, and we’re so glad we did! The food was excellent, especially for the price point, and the service was friendly and attentive.
I ordered a Bento Box, which included miso soup, a side salad, and rice. The bento starts at $16.95, which is a great value considering the portions and quality. For my two selections, I chose the Vegetable Tempura and the Chicken Katsu. The tempura was perfectly crispy and light, while the Chicken Katsu—made with chicken thighs instead of the usual breast—was juicy and flavorful with a delightfully crisp coating. I ended up taking the rest to go.
We also tried the Yellowtail Roll, which featured fresh fish and a well-balanced fish-to-rice ratio.
My husband ordered the Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen, which included pork belly, bean sprouts, bamboo shoots, scallions, and a soft-boiled egg in a spicy white shoyu broth. He’s usually picky about ramen, but this one impressed him. I tasted the broth and agree—it was delicious.
Lastly, he got the Lover Tuna Roll, which includes spicy tuna topped with fresh tuna, white tuna, avocado, spicy mayo, and wasabi mayo. According to my him, it was his ideal sushi roll—fresh, flavorful, and not fried.
We will definitely be returning next time we’re in the area!

Passing through on the way back home and gave this place a try. Food was phenomenal (did not get pics of everything, too hangry). Service was great and it was our server’s first day on the job too! My only “problem” was the tapioca in the milk teas weren’t super fresh and bouncy, they were a little hard and chewy BUT the milk teas themselves were SUPER good. I would definitely come here if we’re ever in the area again.

The waiter was so great from ensuring our drinks were good to ensuring our food was perfect. The bao was juicy inside and it was a beautiful bun presentation. The peach lemonade was so great I will never order soda going there. Husband had a beautiful Sushi and I had the ramen. We will definitely come again! Plus my husband used chopsticks! HE NEVER DOES but it was worth the meal for him. Thank you for the lovely atmosphere and all the niceness everyone showed while we were there.

The best ramen and best sushi I’ve had in Fort Worth. The servers are all incredibly nice and I ask them their favorite sushi roll every time so I can try something new. I’ve been for lunch and dinner and it’s always good!

Recently went to Japan and I wanted a place that had good as food as I had there. This place certainly did not disappoint. It’s so good that this is my third time here. The food is amazing, and the customer service is also top notch! We had spicy chicken ramen, chicken gyoza, California roll, and kids pork ramen.
